I've been trying to downgrade my Z5 E6633 Dual from 32.1.A.1.185 to 32.0.A.5.19 firmware. I flash the 32.0.A.5.19 firmware with Flashtool. I don't get any errors and I get the message that the flash was successful. When the phone reboots it still shows it's using 32.1.A.1.185 firmware. I've tried factory reset , wiping cache, several different 32.0.A.5.19 firmwares. They all say they've flashed successfully, but don't downgrade the firmware. I unlocked the bootloader using Flashtool successfully. Then I tried to re-lock the boot-loader. Again Flashtool shows that the re-lock was successful but the phone is still unlocked. Anybody know why this is happening?

Maybe a driver issue? Wrong instructions? Old Flashtool? And yeah btw you can't dirty flash MM to LP and vice versa. Maybe USB debugging disabled?

Well I just tried to downgrade the firmware of my xperia z3 D6603 using marshmallow into a 23.0.A.2.93 firmware in order to then root it.

In the end, flashboot had some warnings and then finished. Now my phone is constrangly rebooting. I can't even turn it off. Just keeps like that so I don´t know what to do.
BTW: in the prossess I got a message saying: "A FSC script is found: default.fsc. Do you want to use it?" and I hit yes.

If you want to downgrade, you MUST WIPE EVERYTHING before downgrade!
Try reflash back the firmware you using before, also try don't wipe anything.

I've been looking for instructions on downgrading my f8131 and i can't find anything that helps. every time i try to flash with the flashtool i get some loader error.
I think it requires Unlocked bootloader
Try using flashtool to download the FTF. However, that may only contain the latest FTFs. You could check on xperiacheck for older FTFs.
You do not need an unlocked bootloader to do this.

My dad recentely upgrade his XZ, but it didn't work and the phone is in bootloop. So I try ti use Xperia Companion to repair it but pass 10% there is a error message and it can't go further...
So my question is can i make a factory reset using a Stock firmware with Flashtool without loosing the TA partition ? (the phone is full stock so the bootloader is lock and my dad want to keep is waranty) (I try some researches but i didnt found any answers about flashing a stock rom with flashtool, all i found is how to flash a custom rom)

Flashing a FTF will do nothing to the TA partition. You are safe to proceed

I tried to root my Xperia Z3 D6603 with flashtool. I downloaded the Global firmware version 23.0.A.2.93 since my bootloader is locked to root my device. Once flashed, my device boot normally, but it says contacts has stopped and then reboot over and over again. My phone is the Canadian version and i'm wondering if there is something to troubleshoot my problem.

hello, im wrongly flash file(kernel?), and now my phone shows as e6653 at flashtool..
phone condition:
1.can boot to twrp,flash,adb mode
2.wont load custom rom(stuck at rom logo)
had tried :
1. companion, missingphoneinfo error
2. flash stock so-01h, this bundle not for your phone, also error with e6653 firmware
3. extract kernel from so-01h firmware, but flash error
dtb not found
please,any solution guys?

Get Flashtool 0.9.22.2
Download So-01H FTF available on experifirm
Flash the FTF
TWRP and root will be gone but you will have a working phone wit stock MM
I tried this and worked. Nothing else worked for me. No custom roms or Nougat ftf from anywhere.
If you found any way to install custom roms please let me know too.
