Hey guys! Plz help me I want to rollback to my KitKat Android ?? But when I update my phone then I don't find app update and I can't check for update like befor! And also i lost my 4g network!!! What should I do to resolve the problems plz help me ??

i bought new lyf ls-4005 model, and recently i updated it by wireless update in settings, and now i am facing a problem that i am not able to go to recent apps screen so pls help me by showing the way of degrading it and also please tell me HOW TO INSTALL GAPPS IN THE SAME STOCK ROM.............please help me,,,,,,,very URGENT

Hi guys, I have HTC 816h (EMI - 356165060057487) android mobile (i know bad chose ) run on android 4.4.2. I need to upgrade to lollipop or marshmallow.... i tried every rom even HTC 816 and 816G as well... but no luck:confused anybody know a rom support my phone please HELP.... thank you..
