Hello everyone.
I have a moto g3 (see titel), but it won't update from android 6.0 to 6.0.1
Maybe you've already read my prev posts where i've had trouble rooting and soft-bricked my device.

I have unlocked my bootloader and after some bootloops i've flashed the costum rom again from xda (bootloader: system is MODIFIED,statuscode 3).
But right now, i have downloaded the update, clicked on install now and my phone powered off. It booted up into recovery and said: installing update...
And at the very end the robot felt end there apeared "Error!"
I've booted um my phone and got a screen:
Update failed, no changes applied on your moto g.
Doing a factory reset didn't solve the problem...
Help!
I've found the 6.0.1 updre for my phone, but if i flash this one, will i lose my data?

I decided to root me Nexus S i9020a. I successfully rooted and unlocked it, then when I tried to put my backup on it did not work. So I then decided I might as well just attempt to manually update the phone to 4.1.2. I was unsuccessful with this, I could not put the 4.1.2 image onto me phone and then us CWM to install it. Now my phone will not start, it just has the Google logo displaying when I try to start it up, with the unlocked lock at the bottom. i am still able to remove the battery to turn off the phone and then put it the CWM screen. Any help would be very much appreciated.
Vol+up and flash a new ROM.

Can someone help, or give some kind of advice?
Or does someone have "system" and "boot.img" from official 5.0.2. from this topic http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/general/official-update-lollipop-5-0-2-210-12-t3010310
Thanks to Phencyclidine this is solved.
Steps:
1. Unlock bootloader
2. Flash stock ROM 4.4.4 (fastboot)
3. Boot phone.
After that I have flashed 5.0.2 and working without problem, so thanks Phencyclidine.
Hello everyone !
Recently, I've downgraded from lollipop to 4.4.4, then changed my firmware to XT1034 Canada from GPE. This morning, I got a new software update notification so I decided to
update it again to Lollipop because this came from Motorola themselves. After this my phone won't even turn on, it shows up as QUALCOMM on the ports in device manager

I tried using qboot (using the blank-flash) but to no use. Fastboot nor ADB can't detect it. Is there anyway I can fix this. I don't want my moto g destroyed as it is my first phone? thank you so much for reading this.
Edit: I think it's fixable if we do have the 5.0 bootloader, do you guys know how it works and where to find it?
You can try this

Hit THANKS if I helped you!
It's not working. Maybe it's my MBM-CI? Because I upgraded to lollipop and after upgrading it was stuck on the bootloader.
Hello guys,
I actually wanna flash a factory image on my Nexus 5 which was on lollipop when it got water damaged. Well, actually the phone boots up well, but soon as it gets to the lock screen, the screen turns off and it's all back. So I'm flashing a factory room from Google's website as last alternative after cleaning and etc...
Now my simple questions are:
- Do I need to flash the same and exact stock ROM it came with on day 1? If so, how do I know which one was that?
- Or may I install any factory image from Google? Like Version 6.0.0 (MRA58K) Marshmallow.
Thanks to you all for your time.

From what have learnt and seen.
You can flash any factory IMG supporting your phone brand . you don't have to go way back to how it started.
Like @Gbooye said, you can go straight to whatever you want, MRA58N for example.
Hello everybody,
After clearing all caches, i was trying to flash the same rom again (last version from oxygen updater), because of the widevine bug that downgraded my phone from L1 to L3, and prevents me from watching any hd content.
Problem is: The flash process (local upgrade) is stuck at 99% since yesterday
I am wondering that if i reboot the phone, it will try to boot from that slot where this upgrade seems to fail. And so to be stuck.
Any advice very welcome, thanks.

Ok i will reply to myself. As I had no answer I rebooted and system seemed ok despite the 99%, but of course I had lost root, as i couldn't flash magisk.
So I manually switched to the other slot to get my system back. That's it.
