i have a tablet rooted and i install ROM TOOLBOX PRO then i try to move all files from tablet to the SD card but the system stop working and it won't boot anymore

I have fastbooted with root_tn7.img file but i can't see penguins. The device is booting in a normal way and its taking too long what could be the problem please help....
