Can't receive incoming calls - Sprint Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've built OMNIROM from source. Everything works fine except I can't receive incoming calls. Here's a log http://pastebin.com/WZD1t6Td.

Call recording

Are there any good call recording apps? The ones I am finding have very low ratings and bad comments....
Not really although if you use google voice I believe pressing 4 during a call will start recording conversation and the app announces it so it keeps you legal.

That's correct, although there are some limitations:
The call has to be inbound to your google number. It's *currently* not capabile with outbound calls.
As quoted by the Google Voice site "Note: at this time you can only record calls you receive on your Google Voice number. You can't record calls you initiate using our Click2Call from our website or the Return Call feature from your voicemail."

Internet Calling on ICS

Hi, I have a Rogers i727R Skyrocket
The phone works great, when I setup my SIP accounts all works well, I can make outgoing calls on the LTE network, but incoming calls do not work, I have enabled allow incoming calls.
If I go on wi-fi, everything works, incoming and outgoing calls, but once I change it to the mobile data, I can only make calls, but not receive them.
I don't want to forward to my cell phone, I want them to come in directly to my SIP account.
Again, If I go on wi-fi, incoming calls work, if I disconnect wifi, incoming calls do not work, but I can make outgoing calls.
Thanks anyone for your help.
Ive had this post for days and yet no one responds, does no one have a solution.

I don't think you have that option unless you use a 3rd party app. Know that this will eat battery having inbound active full time.
Here's what I do; I have my VoIP number set to a ring group. It will ring my ATA house phone, the work VoIP phone, and my cell number. I pickup on the deskphone if I'm there otherwise I take it on the cell. I then use the droid VoIP for outgoing only. I never have to give out my cell number yet I have it handy.

[Q] Incoming calls not ringing...

On Nexus 5 with stock rooted Lollipop, today I missed 6 important calls because my phone was mute. Checked everything andò tried my self, nothing, no sounds in incoming calls.
A reboot solved the problem... It is a known bug?
