i have a DzO9 smartwatch but there's a problem i am locked out can you please explain to me what i must do i put a password on it but i forgot and i cannot do the SOS because it keeps saying error please help me i just got this watch and i really love it can you send me a default password or something. Just do anything

I have one ace 4 of Samsung with android 4.4.4 and I want to look process to block the screen off because after the rooting it not swicht after time setting but only manually .thank all for your ideas
