Has anyone gotten the August security update yet? If so can ya post it?
Thanks in advance...

No Updates yet for 2016/7 and 2016/8. HTC Support doesnt know a ETA for them.
So the last one is 1.57.617.41 for the unlocked US.
And 1.56.401.70 for my German Device. (Which is way older btw (Dec2015 Patch-Level).

This is false because today is the 16th and there's nothing available for my US Unlocked A9

We'll see.

As they do not roll out all at once...It is not always exact date... HTC 10 update came out,Im assuming A9 will start shortly...so wouldnt say it was "false"

Do you know anything about other versions? I'm stuck on 2015. december security level and wondreing if I get any update ever again for this phone.

So it was clear, that only Security fixes are coming, and nothing more.
For Sense8 : Android N Update, and not before...maybe. Nobody knows.

One CVE to fix left for Quadroot.

Hey guys, the version of 1.57.617.52 is for just US? I have Europe version and I haven't received any update? THX

What security patch is everyone in the UK on?

Fellow members in the UK what security patch is your HTC U 11 running on and build number? Have you had any updates since getting the phone? I am concerned HTC UK are shafting us in the UK yet again like they did with the HTC 10

I know it Italy they are on the may security patch, I am disappointed that HTC are not coming freely with updates to their flagship, even Samsung phones get more updates now days

@ramheer if you don't have it yet, you should get build 1.13.401.1 soon, it's being pushed to UK devices now and has the june security update.

uk htc has updated my phone to 1.13.91.3

Don't use ADB Sideload, put it in a SD card and update it from there by going to "Recovery Mode > update from sd card".
Update only if you already have the September 2017 update installed. This is not guaranteed to run on older updates. Also, this is only tested for Southeast Asian region. probably it might work on other regions but don't take my word on it.
DISCLAIMER : I'm not responsible in case you brick your phone by doing this procedure. This device doesn't have so much support from here yet so tread the waters carefully.

Intercepted checkin request with mitmproxy, modified carrier MCC/MNC in the request's body, and replayed forged request. Better to use big European carriers like O2.

That update broke the phone I will have to go to the service center again to get the software updated

Updates are not cumulative. You have to install one by one. 00WW_3_72A should be installed on top of 00WW_3_700_SP01 released in the beginning of Nov. What's your Nokia 6 model?

Btw you can fix the phone yourself, just follow instructions in https://forum.xda-developers.com/nokia-6/development/nokia-6-official-firmware-mena-region-t3664441. This topic contains links to OST tool and firmware images. Reflashing your phone will roll it back to Android 7.1.1 and June patch, after that you can download and install OTA updates one by one.

Sorry I've already updated my phone. Next time I'll get ddl for the both models. You can install TA-1021 update on TA-1025 and vice verse, they are compatible. I installed the latest TA-1021 on my TA-1025 because did not want to wait until it's approved for TA-1025.

Not really, I think the only "real" change that can be considered a change is the June Security Patch. Other than that I haven't noticed anything new.

Question October 2021 Security Update (Verizon)

I have had my Z Flip 3 since October 6th. I received the September 2021 security update immediately. But since the October 2021 update has been released, my phone will not get it. I have tried several times to check for updates, but it says there is no updates. Has anyone else on Verizon in the US got this update?
I see I can download an update from SamMobile, but I wasn't sure it was for Verizon.

I believe the base update for the 711U is the same across all US carriers. Just pick another CSC such as TMB.
