[Completed] How can I get root priviledge on AKAI TAB-9800 and where can I find ROM or image?

I have an AKAI TAB-9800 tablet that is infected by a malware virus. I can not remove the malware with antivirus programs and using the factory reset neither helps. I need to root my device and install a ROM or the original image to solve the problem, but I can't find a description how to root the device and I do not find a ROM either. I tried several root programs (Kingoroot, Farmaroot, etc), neither worked.
