[Q] Signature Verification Failed when trying to flash to stock firmware with ODIN - Samsung Galaxy Chat

Hello guys, first time making thread here. Hope there are some dev or users who can help me with this very old phone.
So, I previously tried to use Custom Rom [MAK-DROID] but when I get to home screen, it always reboot itself when I press any button on the first step of setting up the phone (I believe it's because the BAND version is incompatible with my phone). I decided to install a stock ROM in order to get it works with ODIN and download mode of course, but when the ODIN say RESET, it will boot my phone directly to [BLUE] Recovery mode, and will say Signature Verification Failed, Installation aborted. When I try to reboot the phone it will always stuck on the Galaxy [email protected] GT-B5530 logo (the one before samsung logo). Tried many possible solutions on internet but still stuck.
If you know any possible solutions, PLEASE tell me about it, for this phone is very important for me currently.

Have you found the solution to your problem?
I think it is the problem with your stock rom, try downloading the Stock Rom again and then flash it. It should work.

I don't know if your phone is the same, but with my Nexus if stuck in bootloop I can plug the usb cable in and use adb to enter command "adb reboot bootloader" and get to fastboot and flash the stock images. Maybe you can try something like that. That's why I love the nexus I thought I bricked it a couple times but I always got back to stock images. or if you have a cwm restore you can get to that once in fastboot.
Thanks for your reply! but where i can find stock images?? and can i make it without formatting everything on it? plus when i did that i wasn't have the sd card inside it and without a sim card also
i found on the web that i need to install default kernel.. i did that and put it to bootloader in Odin and the operation succeed but now i am facing looping on Samsung logo with yellow triangle ... see the picture.. it always loop can't do anything tried recovery mode download mode but nothing.. is there any fast solution please? i beg you guys please

[Q] Thl W8+ Gravity mod 2

Hey there, I have the 16gb Thl W8+, and i decided to install the gravity mod 2 rom. everything seemed to be fine, except for two major things.
1. My service connection was more spotty than a dalmatian. i would not have it for a long time, then it would show up for a bit, and off it went! This problem only appeared after i installed the custom rom. then, for the incremental update to >1.9, i flash then reboot, (and for some reason forgot to backup) and now my phone says "the setup stopped working" and i click okay, and it reappears, over and over again. (same thing for gapps too.) so do you guys think you can help me? if i cant figure this out, i would like to go back to the origional rom, but dont know where to get it so that i can flash it via custom recovery.
if you guys could help me out that would be a huge help! if not, i would so much appreciate if someone could help me find the stock rom (flashable by cwm)
Thanks!

im in a similar boat... i hope someone can help us
so i tried flashing CMW to my W8 via SP flash tool. at first it did not work...after playing around i finally got CMW to load up and was able to flash the gravity mod rom...it turned out to be a cache error. well the rom booted up and quickly realized.........my phone would not recognize sim cards, there was no "reboot" option in the power menu and lastly no "navigation" app anymore .....and would not reboot to recovery from CMW
so being being that alot of issues were present i decided to re-flash everything with "SP Flash"
same issues were present... so desperately i just started trying stuff....dumb i know..
well in "SP Flash Tool" i went to the "Format" tab & accidentally hit "format whole flash"
so now the phone is completely bricked and wont power on. However my computer still recognizes the phone as "Mk usb device" or whatever.
"SP flash tool" wont let me flash anything and gives me this error...
""BROM ERROR : S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL(5054) [EMI] Obtain DRAM Failed! [HINT]: Please check your load matches to your target which is to be downloaded.""
THL's links are down for an official rom restore... and they have virtually no support. little to no info on the web.. and my work phone is useless....please help me... atleast get it to boot!!!!!!!

Urgent! help needed.

Everything was fine, i was rooted and had custom rom installed on marshmallow.
Then i decided i wanted to try nugat. I went to install the new firmware, but i've hit the wrong section in odin (done it through ap (on old version)) and now my phone sticks at boot screen, cant access recovery where my back up is.
can anyone help me recover where i was? or even start again? thank you.

Hi
Can you get into download?
Some times you have to keep trying multiple times , seen it in other threads , just keep trying to get into recovery or download ....something gets mess up and to get into recovery or download is a matter of trying several times
yea i can get into download mode okay. But i cant access recovery mode which is how i need to get my backup. I have now found the guide to get back to stock basically. but i'd rather figure out why it isn't booting.
I flashed the firmware through the ap button and dont know if thats wrong or right. i've forgotten lol
---edit --- i have managed to install the full android nugat selection. many thanks please close this if needed.

S7 G930T stuck in bootloop to recovery

So I have an S7 that had the stock tmobile rom and it just crashed out of the blue and started looping. I have tried to access the recovery menu ,but it just says recovery booting in blue text at the top of the screen and then goes to a screen that says installing system update which promptly fails and I get a screen of an android and an exclamation mark above it. This is the result after my attempts to flash the stock image with odin. I am able to get to download mode, but that is about it. I am trying to get at least the stock rom working, but I've had no luck so far. Any and all help would be appreciated

Hello, same as me, i got stock in the loop recovery mode, but in diferrent way, i try to tell help, or maybe someone help us both hahaha, the thing is the you need to know the "pda" of the phone in order to download the correct firmware, you need "odin 3.12", an the firmwares are in updato.com/, but, i think that you can download fw, descompress and use in odin only the "ap" and "home_csc" file, this will only update the o.s. and the home_csc will not mess with the partition, hope this coult help you, because, if you mess the partitions, and you dont know the pda of the phone, you will be like me, downloading all the fw, an trying with one by one. There something about "debbugin" and "oem" setting from deloper mode, i don't know if there will cause you trouble with the update.
Hope help you, if i'm wrong plz help us.

I have been able to get it to download mode. I have tried flashing it with odin but it fails. I have no clue what the guy before me put on it. After it fails i get the security warning saying use smart start or something like that.
I have tried it and once I type in the info and click ok the program just closes.
All i am trying to do is get it back to stock.
Can anyone please help me?
Update i was able to get it flashed in odin but it still sticks on the recovery booting screen.

Update
Last night during the endless rebooting it came up with the recovery menu, then went past the first Samsung active logo to a fading Samsung logo and then the blue att logo.
Also the blue power light is now staying on.
And its still doing the boot loop
Another update :
Here is what I can get sometimes
I feel like someone out there can help me.
Please
Another update
Sorry for all the questions but i am still having problems.
Now I get this
Fail to open recovery no such file or directory
I was able to get to the recovery screen and I did the factory reset 2 times and cleared the cache.
It booted to the att logo and restarted.
Now it just shows the start up screen and then restarts.

Here is the recovery screen that shows its updated to sw ver 8
There is something weird with this phone. Yesterday I let the battery die to make sure it was a fresh boot and it came up with the red charge light for the first time and the correct charge symbol. Before it would charge but no lights and just a circle with lightning bolt.
Now its just doing the reboot loop again and won't go into recovery.
Has anyone else ever seen anything like that?
I am glad someone was able to help me. Apparently what i have been trying to flash is just a security update.
Can someone please send me a link for the latest full rom for s7 active?
I am able to flash this. G891AUCS6CSG2_ATT6CSG2
Is it a full rom?
I have tried every rom i can find. Either they won't flash because they are an older version, or the stick in the reboot loop.
The farthest i have gotten is the blue att ball
Still no luck and no help
Finally I see my problem.
FRP MODE is on.
I need a combination file for binary 6
Please.
Just wondering if this forum is in limbo . My s7 active was working perfectly fine [til 10/22/22] and then it froze and
then it would only go to download mode. So I flash latest Samfw.com_SM-G891A_ATT_G891AUCU6CTB1 ROM and
it goes to updating system, but displays ERASING - I have tried to install only recovery and the same
happens - It deletes everything I flash ? now it only flashed recovery, boot and modem and wont flash the larger BL,CS,CSC AP files ? Just trying to get the phone working again and to use it as a dash cam - LOL
Thanks for any input
