I'm new to XDA forums, and auto-correct has resulted in a typo to my first post. How do I modify the post, or am I not able due to my "newness"?
The forum thread in question is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/?id=6201#featureRequests
Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

Hello, how can I rename a thread within the new forums. I used to only have to double click on the title but it doesn't seem to work anymore.
Thank you
Never mind, figured it out, you now have to edit the post and then click the "Go Advanced" button. You can then edit the title.
Thank you
Please Note XDA Assist Mission as outlined in Bold Text and also by the 2 Sticki Posts.
The mission of XDA Assist is to provide basic help to those who have tried searching but can't find what they are looking for and need assistance. This is not a "helpdesk" providing technical assistance but more to point you in the correct direction with your problem. Perhaps you can't find posts on how to root your phone, install custom recovery or maybe you have questions about how to navigate and use features on the site.

Moto E asks for password
To open my voice mail on my Moto e, I am asked for my password. I don't believe I ever made a PW
Also, I don't know why I am "Replying" to a question I never asked yet.
This forum is extremely hard to navigate. I'm looking to get to the right place to ask the the question above. Don't one usually click a button at the top of the page to "Start a new thread"?
I'm lost on here.
Thanks

Hello,
You need not create a new thread. Instead you may post your query in the thread I linked you above, the experts there maybe able to assist you with query.
And you are not replying to the question there, you are making a new post regarding your query. That is what quick reply and post quick reply buttons are for in the forum.
Good luck!

The XDA Assist forum is not for answering your questions, troubleshooting your issues or helping you find and do the repairs.
It is for pointing members that don't know their way around XDA in the right direct for where they should post based on the device or give them links to threads that can help. Your device does not have a device specific forum, questions for devices without specific forums go in the forum I linked you to. Post in that link, that is where you'll get answers
