Google phone compatible with S7?

I just read an article about the Google Phone app now being compatible with the S7. It sounds like a great app and I want to give it a try. Is anyone able to install it? The app is invisible to me in the play store on my phone and when I view it on a PC in the store, it says it is incompatible with my phone. Is it just incompatible with the Verizon version? Is anyone out there able to use this dialer and what version of the S7 do you have?

A link or the hole name would be nice.
In the play store I could not find "google phone" from Google.

Google Phone is the full name of the app. This link explains what happened. It is now blocked from installation on our phones.

[Update] Nokia 6 with Google play services in house

Finally received my Nokia 6 with Google play and stock android. So far my first impressions with stock Android has been amazing. Nokia is going in the right path with this. I am satisfied and very happy with this device.

Did you have the Play Store installed or did you installed by yourself man?

Yes I have the play store. Bought it with play store already installed.

So that means..... There must be a ROM with the Store installed already. Excuse me, but where did you get that one?

I believe there are 2 versions that can be purchased at the moment. TA-100 which I believe is the Chinese version with no stock Android and no play store. And there is the TA-1003 version which is the one I have with play store.i bought mine off eBay.

yes you are right TA-1000 ( my Device dont have google play but new nokia TA-1003 ( hong kong ) devices have play store but Android 7.0 N
problem is how we can run play store on Nokia 6 ( TA-1000 )?
Nokia Mobile ( Facebook ) suggest me to wait they said dont tr any software or apps on your Device Global release will solve this issue So lets wait ( sorry for my broken english )

Do you get LTE reception where you are? I really wanted to pick up this phone but I don't think it supports the LTE bands required in Canada

Is there a way to extract the google services package from this phone?
Maybe share with us the APK so we can try on the chinese variant?

Could you kindly extract the google apps using a tool like "apk extractor" n share them with us? Really need google play services n the google framework

I'm in the states side and unfortunately no LTE for me sadly. I get 3G/HSPA+ which has been pretty good on my end never really noticed that I don't have LTE. everything still connects and runs smooth browsing the web,YouTube and Pandora.

Thanks mate, tried it out but still keeps crashing. Apparently the GApps killer is hidden somewhere in the Chinese rom. Guess we just have to wait till the global rom is available. Thanks though :good:

Google play store ERROR 404 Problem solve

Good morning to All dev
Couple of days I'm not download any apps from Google play store. I hope many of china imported phone have same problem.
Last night I got a Google play service updated version from #apkmirror
I just download and install after that a few minutes later I got a beta update of Google play service . Now I can download apps from Google play store

Hi, tried to install Google pay but can't find it at playstore....
Went to play store through my browser at my pc and it says Google pay is not compatible with any of your devices!!!!
So is this a bug???

I got the same issue. I used to have "It's not supported in your country" (I live in Greece) now it's " is not compatible with any of your devices"
How can Poco X3 NFC not be compatible?!?

IIRC, region in Google Play is selected according to sim card. You may try to bypass it using Aurora Store.

You can grab the version you require from ApkMirror.
My Google Account is set to USA even though I live in India. Google Play Store thinks I'm in the USA and so doesn't let me install the Indian variant of GPay. (Not available in your country.)
I just download the correct version APK and install as normal. It works.
