Album Artwork On Lockscreen? - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note5

Does anyone know how to obtain album artwork? I am using @tdunham's PC3 MM Deodexed Rom with Xposed installed. Any help would be great. Really miss it!

Samsung's good lock app has album artwork as BG on lockscreen. Only issue is that the app changes a number of ui looks if you are OK with that. Look up Good Lock on the galaxy apps store. (You can always uninstall it if you don't like it)

Yeah, I've used it. Not a fan at all.

You could maybe use KLWP. Set it as your honescreen and lockscreen wallpaper, set the BG in klwp to display albumart and then place a shape over it to show the BG you want for the home screen.

[APP] *GOTO LOCKSCREEN (Best lockscreen outthere )

Hey yall I just got the goto lockscreen from Google (because it is a paid app) and it is AMAZING) this is by far one of the cleanest lockscreen apps I've used. I recommend using this along side jet
ex Rom and zeam launcher. You're also going to have to get no lockscreen toggle fRom the market. But trust its worth your time.
This app includes:
Rotary unlock accommodated with messaging, call, and gmail rotary shortcuts
Clean lockscreen interface
Personalization options such as setting owner name to display ect.

n its also a paid app
thanks for the info
seems to be not so bad.
thank you
Thanks for the info but i prefer if we could actually edit our stock ones instead of third party apps
Widget locker for me brought both

Downloaded it, pretty decent lockscreen! WidgetLocker is good but this isn't so bad either
Since its a paid app, can you post some screenshots?
Special thank
Thank you very much

[Q] Remove Lock Screen Wallpaper

I'm running a (more or less) stock / unrooted AT&T Skyrocket. I upgraded from the Infuse 4G. It was easy to remove the lock screen wallpaper on it, as it was simply done by setting lock screen wallpaper to none. The option isn't on the Skyrocket. Is there a way to remove the lock screen wallpaper (So live wallpaper is shown) without running a second locker?
I tried Go Locker, and occasionally it would cause me to have to unlock 2 screens... I'd prefer not to fix one problem by creating another. Any help is greatly appreciated...and yes I searched but no one has asked this before.
Menu... Settings... Display.... Screen Display... Lockscreen Wallpaper. You can set to various Wallpaper Gallery images or image in your Gallery. I'm on 2.3.6 so not sure if this option exists on 2.3.5 guessing it does as well.
Do what the Guy says above. If you're like me and can't stand the stock lockscreen swipe, try widget locker... really nice customizable lockscreen app. You can completely customize the lockscreen. Slider style, wallpaper brighthtness and all.
And it disables the stock lockscreen.

I want the lock screen, I use the pattern lock.
I want to REMOVE the wallpaper. I want the lock screen translucent like it was on my infuse. The option to set a gallery image is there. But the "none" option is missing.

I suppose maybe I should pay someone to create an app that does this.
Search for transparent lock screen zip
I know it exists...it is on most of the T-Mobile roms

Widgets on the lockscreen

Is it possible to change a app icon on the lockscreen to a widget?
more importantly the wifi hotspot settings button.
I think if you include it on the bottom of the 4 places that HTC uses, they should appear on the lockscreen
sent using HTC1S
The lockscreen only shows what app icons are currently in your dock, and since you can't put widgets in your your dock it won't work.
Try widgetlocker app if its something you really need. It's a paid app but worth it, lots of cool options.

Use WidgetLocker from Play market. It might have that feature.
Right now I'm using Notification Toggle from the Play store.. and there are several other apps that do the same thing.. Lets you put many different settings in your notification pull-down which you can access from lock screen

Changing the icons in the app drawer?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone knows of an app which can change the icons in the app drawer? I've tried many apps but all they do is change the home screen icons. Any help on how to do this would be very much appreciated.
Sent from my GT-S5570 using xda premium
This function may be possible by switching to a different launcher, but I do not know which launcher would be capable of doing this. Usually the images in the drawer are read directly from the apk, and the apps which change the icons on the home screen can get around this by making a widget with the specified icon, which points to the application.
If there are only a few applications you want changed, it is possible to change them the hard way, by extracting the apk, changing the icon in the "/res/drawable-?dpi" folder, and then installing the new application by hand. (It will no longer be signed, so you will have to go to allow this in Settings > Applications > Unknown sources)
I don't think any launchers are capable of changing app drawer icons. Looks like I may have to do it the hard way

You can use go launcher which has option to change icons.. All U need is an icon pack..

Launcher pro can change app drawer icons,as can adw launcher. Just get an icon pack...or better still, make one. It's easier with launcher pro.

I'm using adw launcher and it can't change the icons. I have a really cool icon pack, and it changes the icons... but not all of them.. so everything doesn't match. On adw you can't manually change the icons of an individual app. I'll give launcher pro a go

Try LiveHome. With this launcher, you can manually change the icon and also label name of any app in appdrawer.
Cheers man. It won't recognise my icon pack though, but still, it's the first launcher I've seen that can change the app drawer icons

When i press long a Icon in the Drawer this comes direct on my Desktop, no Options , the Options are only at the Desktop!
Why ??
Nova launcher just got an update, now to change an app drawer icon (to a picture from gallery and hence a uzip, or from an apk) long press on the app icon in the draw. Drag it to the edit symbol. Click the app icon in the edit popup. Choose icon as desired!

Lock screen icons notifications

Morning all,
Is there a way to get app icons on the lock screen such as short cuts for Facebook instagram etc.. Have had a look in the settings but can't find anything also using nova launcher but don't see anything in there either any help would be great. Thanks
There are lots of lockscreen apps on the Play Store that do this. Like this one for example...
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.next
Or I think one's like this might just add it your current lockscreen too.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.acubeapps.lockscreen.shortcuts
