I bricked my Honor 6 a few months ago (yes, months) after rooting with android 6.0 and now i tried this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=66270386&postcount=40 but it only shows honor powered by android logo for 10seconds, the screen turns black (but its still on) and it reboot to twrp recovery. EDIT: Sometimes it shows the bootanimation for a short time (0.1seconds)
I checked default.prop and it says about the phone has cyanogen mod12.1, is this normal? My default.prop: pastebin. com/SCfBMdWM
I UNBRICKED THE PHONE! I flashed the boot.img and recovery.img of stock emui 4.0 and now the phone works! But there is a problem, the phone shows only 4gb of memory. How can i fix it?

Hello everyone,
i have a problem with a Honor 6 from a friend. The phone has an Unlocked bootloader and was rooted.
Then my friend received an Update Notification on the phone and he has done that update. I have said before, that this won't work and it will brick your phone. But i don't know why, he made the Update.
Since then the Phone stucks on bootloader with the "Honor" Logo" AND the LED Notification is blinking first 1 x Red and then 3x in Green. This blinking is repeating 2 or 3 times then only the Honor Logo stays on the screen.
The Phone can access fastboot mode, but not the recovery mode (Volume Up + Power) or the 3-Finger-Mode, to install a stock rom from the sd-card. We have flashed a lot of Roms with the Multitool in the Unbrick Mode, but nothing works, still the same.
Our Problem is:
- We don't know on which version the Phone was before the Update. We know only that it was Kitkat with 4.4.2 and Emui 3.0 --> Maybe this is important for downgrade?
- After the update, he couldn't turn off the phone. So, the phone stayed on until it turned off by itself.
-> When we wanted to enter recovery mode one day later, the screen showed up an Icon with red flash, like the battery was empty.
--> the battery was completely empty because of not turning off -> We charged the battery by connecting the empty battery to another Honor 6 mainboard. After that the icon didn't show up but we still can't enter recovery mode or 3-Finger-Mode.
What can we do now? Every solution would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Until now, i haven't found a solution
works only while charging
seems same is the case with me after updating , it only works when its being charged else only the honor screen and shutting down
me to have same problem
I forgot to say i have an L12.
The only thing that has worked for I have tried is to flashing TWR for emui4.0 from Multitool.
But ROMs and OTAs at this thread are not prepared to be installed via recovery.
I guess I could use an L12 backup to be restored at TWR, if someone can tell me where can I download it.
I want to try everything with stock roms before I try with custom ones.
P.D.: sorry for my bad english.
Finally, I managed to work again.
The steps I followed (keep in mind i have an L12):
Using Multitool -> Unbrick, I extracted the imgs from the B535 ROM
At Stock recovery, I made a factory and cache reset.
I flashed USERDATA from Fastboot
This worked for me.
I hope it helps
i am using l04 and i'm have same problem bro..
Hey guys,
at first, I am new to xda, at least as an active asker. My issue seems to be standard but actually I have not found a single solution for it after one month of extended search. After several bootloop issues I decided to flash a custom recovery, what worked out but unfortunally i cannot give you the exact way i managed it. Now my phone defaultly boots into my TWRP, where i have to press REBOOT->SYSTEM to boot actual android. How can I change that to a normal boot pattern?

Thx in advance.

I had a boot loop on a Huawei ascend g6-u10 recently after unlocking boot loader. I held the off / on button for about three minutes the phone eventually turned off. I then fully changed the phone, waited about an hour switched on the phone, then back to normal. I could have just been lucky, maybe a missing file.

Well I hope that it isn't completely FUBAR.. I know there has to be a way, but i forget how.
No fastboot, no adb support.. no recovery, no bootloader..
I have hard reset which has reset it to bootloop, and I have system upgrade that whatever I do, crashes at 5%
Basically, I bricked my Huawei.
I partially rooted it with kingoroot without doing anything..
but other apps saw it as unrooted so i was going to do the proper way, unlock bootloader, etc..
Then I discovered the Huawei SRK tool for bootloader/kernel/recovery etc.
Checked if my bootloader was unlocked, it was.. restarted the phone, it was fine
Then I was going to flash the recovery, and that's when it went into a bootloop
Like always.. just the logo shows, and if i try to turn it off, it restarts.

hard reset works - pressiing vol up down and power pushes it into hard reset but it stays in bootloop.
usb in, vol down power - puts into update mode which stops at 5% with error.
My next idea would be to try and extract the necessary files and try to use the Huawei update extractor tool
but after trying many update files, I can't find the one that would work, unless it will just keep crashing at 5% always.
Would anyone know what I could do in this situation?

Hello I have a Xiaomi Redmi 7 (Onclite version) - 3GB 32gb, I have had this cell phone for a few months without any problem, I have been able to perform tasks such as unlocking bootloader installing custom roms, among many others, 2 weeks ago I installed the global version 11.7 in recovery mode and the phone worked normal until today, out of nowhere the phone was restarted and the only thing it shows is over and over the Redmi by Xiaomi logo, it is constantly rebooting showing this logo.
Things that I tried to fix this problem:
1. First I thought that was a problem with the room, so I proceeded to go to recovery mode but the phone shows the recovery image and after 4 seconds it reboots.
2. In fastboot mode the phone automatically reboots after 15 seconds approximately, for this reason I can't try with another room, flashing the stock room, only i can change the recovery image but i tried with 3 different versions and doesnt works.
Briefing the phone are constantly rebooting even in recovery mode and fastboot mode
If anyone knows how to solve this problem, I would appreciate it infinitely, thanks
