I recently purchased a Sky Device 5.0W (chinese phone). I already rooted it. It has android 4.4.2 running. Im new to this. I would like to know if i can install a custom rom to this phone and how to go about doing this. Ive searched on the internetm but no luck. Is there a generic rom like Cyna CM or anything i can do to this? thank you

I had to install stock rom for starting my phone
But I want to install a custom rom. So can you guys tell me which is the best ROM I can install on my phone.
I have seen several lists of ROMS but i am confused that whether they will work on infocus or not.
Will Cynogen Mod work on this device?

There is no forum specifically for the infocus M2 at this time but I suggest that you ask your question with all relevant details in the friendly general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help. That's a good place to start where members familiar with your device might be able to advise you. as mentioned before i have tablet manufactured by Kingboss
with model: m92
and i can't do a damn thing with it. it is stucked at 4.0.something android.
when i run gonext upgrade my biggest (only) problem is ROM.
and i was not able to find out anyone mentioning kingboss even close to any custom ROM.
can you help me?
i would not like to brick it. but would like to try to move from 4.0 to anywhere..... even to 3.0

I have been reading about installing a custom rom for Airis Onepad 90, and it seems that there is no customs roms for this specifical tablet. So, it gives a cuestion to me, what will happen if I install a custom rom for another model of tablet? Could I brick the tablet? There are "customs roms" that works "universally"?
My tablet in not rooted, and the USB is no working (it is broken). Could you give me some answers?

Custom ROMs are specific to your model number, you can't use anything that is for another device, attempting to do that will most likely brick your device. There are no such things as universal ROMs.
If your USB port is broken then there may not be anything you can do if customizing and flashing your device requires PC you won't be able to connect.

Hello, i have "unknown" device running android L 5.1, model is "Orange Dive 50" but its made in china and its a replica of what i found Alcatel one touch pixi3 (4) . so long i've tried almost every possible way to root/flash it but no success .. i'v tried all rooting apps (kingroot,farmroot..) also tried "universary root" with adb and also with "pseneuter" file which throw me error and after search i found that i have to replace LINKER file but no good :crying: is there any other way to root it? am running out of search results from google and i do really need to flash/root this device. thanx.
