It's BEING pushed, not everyone has it yet. For example in Romania the old one (4.9.13) says "Google Play Store is up to date".

Is there any developer here that can revive this gem? It doesn’t have custom roms and TWRP recovery. This is a Galaxy Golden 2. This phone is exclusively released only in China and probably the reason the development didn’t even start (underrated)

I have one too. It doesn't have GMS. I couldn't download most apps even apk one because it runs on a very old android version. Please any solutions for this, I just want it to work. It is a miss gem.
