Porting ROM through Source

Guys please be Kind and give me answers that could really help. (I don't really want these answers: search on xda .blablabla)
If you are enough skilled at ROM Porting please help me ,I just want to contribute on Galaxy ace plus forum .
How can I build the ROM from source?
Do I need Linux/Ubuntu?
What to do after building the ROM from source?
(My mission is the ParanoidAndroid)
What tools to use ?
Please give me a STEP-by-STEP guide ,or redirect me to a thread that could really help me through this Porting.

Not sure what would be the best ROM for you as it is a mater of personal choice but try looking here http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-ace/#romList

Go to general section in xda and search for ur query or google it
