I'm a total newbie to Android, and I was gifted a Lenovo Phab Plus. I want to upgrade it to Marshmallow but I couldn't find any tutorials out there that I could trust. Anybody here got a clue and can help a total rookie?

Hello Everyone,
this is my first thread so be gentle,
I was searching for various custom ROM's for my not extremely well known phone the Lenovo A706_ROW,
Anyway I found this interesting, ( need rom . com / download / minirom-s5-style/ )
(I could not post the link as to prevent spam but you get he idea just look it up, just remove the spaces or google it or something)
I wasn't sure if I could trust the site confused and info as this is my only phone and will not be getting a new one for a long time,
so if anyone has had a previous experience with this site ( and hopefully this ROM )
I would appreciate it if you could share it with me
And your opinions about the ROM and perhaps more ROM suggestions would be nice

Hi everyone!
I was thinking if anyone using Lenovo a3300gv porting android 5.0 rom for this device.Besides,there is no extra forum for the mentioned device.So i have a request to the moderators if they can open a forum for android developing for the mentioned device an the tablet section.It will be really helpful for the device's user to find new things for the device.Also I am a noob .So suggestions are always welcomed.

Been stuck in recovery for about 5 weeks.
Blu doesn't have a stock rom for this phone.
Can't seem to talk anyone, with this phone, into doing a rom dump.
If anyone has an idea or owns one of the blu life on 2015, please post.

I have heard from my friend that it's needed to root my phone first, but I have no idea how to do it.

hi xda , i am a user of coolpad note 3 plus as many other indians are we need some developers to support our device this device is simillar to jiayu s3+ which has a lot of coustom roms the oly addition is the fingerprint scanner in coolpad note 3+ please hear us xda
