Everything running great so far...only issue I had was I had to change dpi from 480 to 320 via build. prop.
Will keep testing...
Cheers.

Installation of the patch changes DPI to 480 for phablet ui by design... Did you have to go back to 320 for compatibility then? Haven't tried it yet myself.

Yeah would be good to know! BtW. what's the default DPI of the Nexus 7? Does it use the Tablet Layout on the Default DPI? Can anyone upload comparison Screenshots of both DPIs?
Would be very helpful for me! ??

Yesterday I flashed both packages (ZERO and ONE):
Full wipe (everything except internal data)
1. PureNexus ROM (version 15 March 2016)
Wipe Cache/Dalvik
2. ElementalX kernel (version 13 March 2016)
Wipe Cache/Dalvik
3. PureNexus_Dynamic_GApps_6.x.x_3-15-16.zip
Wipe Cache/Dalvik
4. Fluence HD Patch "ZERO"
5. Fluence HD Patch "ONE"
The reboot went fine. My first expressions are:
- Very smooth and I like the PhabletUI
- Only Xperia Keyboard Sony Album app (where are the other Sony apps?)
- Only one interactive Sony wallpaper (where are the others?)
- Xperia Keyboard works very well (no issues yet)
- Xperia Launcher works well (I got one Error when I tried to delete one of the shortcuts)
Possible improvements:
- Sony SystemUI
- Sony Settings
- Sony InstallWizard
- Sony Bootanimation
I will keep you in touch when I have more feedback to share! :good:
Edit: I received an e-mail about a new Google log-in for my Asus Nexus 7 (2012). It should be the 2013 version I think?

Like I said, I don't own a Nexus 7 or a Nexus 6P. I do really need feedback like yours! Thanks for that. I will try to Answer in a row...
-There are 3 visible Apps (Music,Album and Movie) Not all there? Please check if they are Installed under Apps in the Settings...
-Which Livewallpaper did You see? There should be 3 of them...
-Xperia Launcher works more or less with every Update. Let's wait for the Next one!
My guess is that Your N7 didn't have enough free System Space for the Patch. Please try to debloat Your ROM and try again... Remember that the N7 is nearly 3 Years old Hardware. There is not that much System Space like on the N6 and N6p...
Hope that does it for You...
About the Extra Stuff I can just say that this isn't Possible...
The Settings are very ROM and Device specific also the SystemUI. The Install Wizard and a Bootanimation from Sony are possible, but the Install Wizard will not work on Android N and the Bootanimation should be a users choice. I personally erase it on my ROMs to speed up the booting process...
Again thanks for You Feedback! Very productive...:highfive:

Seems to be such an awesome patch. Does it work on stock 5.1.1 too ?
We must place the 3 files on /sdcard/ or / ?
I tried to flash Zero & One, but when i want to flash zero, i got an error message "Can't find entry META-INF/updater script in zero zip file" (that kind of message, sorry i can't recall exactly). I redownloading it twice..still the same error messagd

Yup, it works on Android 5.0 and newer Versions like 5.1 and 6.0
Try to start from scratch, erase all the Content and re-download the 3 Files, follow my Instructions and all will be fine
The 3 Files need to be placed on /sdcard in no Folder.

With this ADDON I don't need to compile something, this makes it much easier to stay up to date. And it's really anoing to see miui rom flooded this forum with nearly no difference.

You're probably right about nearly no difference between the miui rom but the same thing can be said about sense rom too. The only difference between them is just theme and other applications you can find in the market.

quite true. and if i would have found a single miui rom having the two or three things i absolutly wanted i never had started to cook mine.
i never released it if i wasn't asked to from several people. but in the recent time there are indeed some new miui roms i can't tell the difference between them, or for some even between stock miui.
any feedback about the addon? ore suggestions to add/remove?
if you ask... snd3254 and the io patch (i guess you mean libsqlite.so) are since long time already in miui.
zipaligning system apps is useless as any rom cooked in dxda kitchen zipaligns apps by default. it just waste time on boot for chekcing/alignen apps that don't change.
i think this are enough comments from my side

thanks for your respond
snd will be deleted like mentioned before
i did not recognized the i/o patch in miui.. but you know what you are talking about so it will be deleted in future releases
about zipaligning system apps, i left it there because i often change my system apps manually, so its only for be sure it IS <<< will check boot time without it and will make a coice
[EDIT] Bootanimation will also be deleted untill the filesize is smaller... 10MB only for an animations is too much imho
if you change system apps often (what users of your adon most probably won't) you could run the script manually for you and only for the specific app. no need for another process doing stuff at boot time.
it is not a big thing but an useless one
and you can see that the io patch is already in miui by running quadrant. impossible to just jumpt through db writes without it
EDIT: who cares about the 10MB of the bootanimation considering that /system is nearly empty. miui roms are so damn small. i even thought about repartitioning my internal memory to spend the wasted free space to my /data partition.
EDIT2: i think i am now motivated to realize that
Cheers mate.. This is awesome
Just what I needed.. I always flash MIUI.US beta cause they are always first with the new release.. And there for I miss some stuff like this, and it´s always a hassel flashing another miui rom when the dev´s here get them out..
So great work.. This sure deserves a beer IMO.. PM you when it´s done
Cheers...
Edit: All respect to @a user, he know´s what he´s talking about(most of the times anyway ) but please don´t remove the zipalign thingy, cause I remove and change the system apps quite often and I don´t know how the script thing work´s (noob I know ) so a little longer boot time, who care´s, how often do you need to reboot anyway....
Or if you remove it, have it as a seccond addon if it´s possible..
Cheers..
im planing to add an second version with dpi of 220 and in booth addons there will be an wifi scanrate of 80

Try clearing data from play store, maybe it helps
Play Store FC fixed uploading the new build with some goodies
nice rom, really smooth, looks nice, extremelly light (430MB memory free of ram)
i don't understand guys complaining "it's not ICS" - it wasn't supposed to be...None of ICS is able to be as smooth as GB, let's face it

Holy crap, yes! I love Mmuzzy on my GNex and was just in the process of trying to find something similar for my N7. Downloading and installing now!
Looks nice, gonna try and give some feedback later cheers
Thanks guys. I'll be keeping the Grouper ROM clean with the usual stuff added eventually but I built it and already put it on Goo so I thought I'd post I had it up there.
Perfect timing! My "Christmas present" just arrived Mon! Rooted & unlocked yesterday, and here we have this treat! Well played.

I'm enjoying my new toy so I thought I'd share as I get things set up for myself too. I know there's no shortage of ROMs but what the heck.

It's set to be the default LCD density of 213 just as it is out of the box so you'd need to change that if you wanted full tablet mode.
Loving this so far. Are you planning on integrating changes you have on the Toro ROM (Advanced Power Menu, Quick Toggle Mods, etc.) in this ROM?

I don't believe so. I think Google removed it from the framework in 4.2, so changing the DPI will not work.

[ROM]elementaryUX 1.8

elementaryUX
This is elementaryUX, a ROM that focuses on creating the best user experience for our phones, while mantaining a fancy look.
I always liked MIUI for its light UI, but MIUI's framework is too heavy for our computing power. So I took the best ICS ROM for our device and created my own ROM with light UI.
This ROM is based on Erikcas CM9.2 with the following additional features:
1.8
Full GPU rendering
[*]Fixed xposed installation permissions
[*]Removed network in-out arrow icons to save some CPU cycles on status-bar rendering
[*]New LowMemoryKiller configuration that drastically improves multitasking
1.7
New Adaptive Overclock feature
[*]Fully functional LowMemoryKiller from 3.4 kernel
[*]LZ4 compression for ZRam, kernel and ramdisk
[*]New xposed installation method (see "Tips" below)
[*]Greenify and MinMinGuard modules included
[*]Revised some UI elements
Hopefully fixed accelerometer (I don't own the device, I can't test this)
1.6
Fixed camera
[*]Fixed accelerometer
[*]Fixed multitouch
1.5
Keep maximum entropy with Haveged, frandom and erandom modules
[*]Fix Phone.apk FC when changing language
[*]Add Shuttle Music Player
[*]Update Touchpal X and MiFile Explorer
1.4
Implemented Dynamic cache pressure and writeback parameters
[*]Added a NoSweep version for whoever doesn't need Sweep2Wake, DoubleTap2Wake etc.
[*]Fixed in-call screen UI for the light themes
1.3
Consolidated Flat-style theming
[*]Improved multitasking
[*]Fixed speaker noise problem
1.2
Brightness slider inside the notification panel
[*]New light theme with desaturated green accents
[*]Revised Clair theme
[*]New system theme based on Gem Flat by xIC-MACIx
[*]Screen off Fade-out animation (turn off CRT animation if you want to see this)
[*]Global SwipeBack feature (swipe left from the right side of the action bar)
[*]Dynamic Overclock
[*]Customized Zeam launcher as default
[*]iOS7-styled statusbar
1.0
elementaryKernel Custom Version
[*]Fixed low in-call volume
[*]Fixed audio routing (thank Venkatesh for both of these fixes)
[*]Blackberry 10 lockscreen
[*]21-step media volume
[*]Dark and Light proprietary UI
[*]Fully LDPI resized
[*]Maximum PNG optimization of all the apps
[*]System clean-up
[*]iOS7 Ringtones/Notifications
[*]Touchpal X Keyboard with iOS7 theme (can be applied inside Touchpal settings)
[*]Insecure Superuser binary
[*]Xposed framework preinstalled
[*]CM11 bootanimation
[*]Custom framework animations

What is Adaptive Overclock?
If the max frequency is higher then 600 MHz, the CPU will be allowed to use that frequency only in extreme cases, when it is actually needed. (e.g. gaming, surfing internet, heavy multitasking)
This feature works only with the Wheatley governor.
Do you think that USB Mass Storage doesn't work? Well you're wrong..
Go to Settings -> Storage, press Menu button, go to USB Computer Connection and tick Mass Storage.
Tips:
To use the Light UI go to Settings -> Themes and apply Elementary or Clair theme
[*]To install xposed framework:
Reboot
Open Terminal Emulator
Type su and press enter
Type xposed and press enter
Reboot
Open Xposed and configure your modules
[*]Use Greenify and its experimental features to maintain performance over time
[*]Use MinMinGuard Xposed module to get rid of ads
[*]If you use sd-ext, don't move Dalvik Cache or App Data to sd, it will slow down your phone (note: int2ext does this, better use 40a2sd script)
[*]A2SD flashable zip
[*]Don't use any Performance pack, mod, flashable zip whatsoever. What they mostly do is tweak the kernel values, which I already did before compiling the kernel

Extremely sorry for the quote.. And thank you for the reply... Wasn't careful while reading the thread.. :silly:
This looks nice, been messing with allot of the ROM's that have been added since my last visit over a year ago and it's great to see you guys are still supporting our Fit, thanks for all your time and effort guys.
I seem to having a few bugs with this ROM, camera is not working, the fonts seem a bit to small and blurred, setting to large looks better but then they are to large, screen sensitivity seems pretty bad as well, lots of inputs are not registered, also the gyro seems off, the orientation keeps changing to landscape when help in portrait, also the home screen launch bar icons look too small like they are using the wrong dpi.
+-Confirmed Camera in FC
+-Rotation Bug

Fain, numa' peste romani dau
Translate:
Cool, I see there are a lot of romanians around here.
Well the keyboard can be resized. Play with the settings and you'll see that it's the best keyboard for our low-ram device that still holds a very good prediction system. Even for Romanian.

Hey, NO ETAs. Forum rules. ) :sly:
You're right about the keyboard... Once you mess around with settings a bit it's very helpful.
I've tried installing third party camera apps but still doesn't help. I'm getting "camera is being used by another program". It's not a big issue anyway.
This really is the snappiest CM based ROM I've tried. Really nice work dev. I'll send you a tzuica when I'm in Iasi.

Beside the above bugs, there is one issue if you could fix in the next build.
The ROM infos are all set for tass and some apps recognize the device as tass instead of beni.
PS: Multam pentru suport-ul tau catre fit, tine-o tot asa ca faci treaba buna

Ok, this is exactly what I expected. The xposed app_process returns an error because it can't find the XposedBridge, jar. That's how it's supposed to happen because that file appears only after the xposed apk is extracted inside the /data partition.
So at the second boot the app_process binary should find XposedBridge.jar and that's it.. xposed is installed automatically. Can you provide me a logcat of a second boot? Or whatever other boot instead of the first, where you didn't try to install the framework by pressing the Install/Update button.
BUG :Sensor Rotation locked, can't move ...
After every time I flash this rom (sweep version), the third reboot always gives me a bootloop.
I tested it without touching anything, just rebooting it thrice ends up in a bootloop. :/
I really liked this rom very much, no lag or glitches except for the aforementioned and rotation
