Is the a method or app which would allow me to display a completely different home screen in portrait and landscape modes? I currently have the Galaxy Note 3 and am running Nova Launcher. [Completed] move an app to a new position

I have a Samsung galaxy 4 tablet 8" with 16GB ROM.
I want to move an app. When I press down on the app and slide it to a new position, it reverts back to the original position. How do I get the App to remain in the new position?
Hi there,
You must have in setting some option ticked where you can lock/unlock desktop. I remember some of the ROMs/Launchers had a "lock desktop" option under settings, where you would have to "unlock desktop" to be able to re-position icons or widgets

[Completed] Navigation bar for phones with hardware keys.

I know qemu.hw.mainkeys=0 adds a nav bar to roms that don't have it. But this is only an emulation right?
So how to actually enable the nav bar? Edit key layout by adding VIRTUAL flag? Can someone explain this "key" thing? How to make android think that hardware keys never existed and virtual buttons are all it has?
