Anyone picked up the phone from walmart, radioshack, Costco, bjs? Prices suppose to be like,$149
Here is my Deal
Picked mine up at costco today and got a good deal i think, they have a bundle pack.
paid $228 including tax
plus $50 dollar mail in rebate which brings it down to $178 cash
got a nice Bluetooth ear pice,
car charger,

a leather case
car charger and
headphone
also everything else that comes in the mytouch case,
you guys should really look into this if you have yet to purchase yours.

for the first week bestbuy, walmart, or any retail store wont sell it you will have to pick it up online or at a t-mobile store

Just went to bjs they got a bundle pack for 227.99 tax included with 50 dollar mail in rebate so 149.99.. comes with car charger and a leather case just not mytouch brand... I live in miami

Stopped by Target last night and they had MT4G on the shelf.

Saw it at Costco for $149.99

Bought mine at Costco for $149. Comes with a travel case, car charger, and a bluetooth headset.

Did any of you who have a data plan for less than $30/month get a run-around on having to "upgrade" your data plan?
If not, watch out for anything on your TMo bill down the road. When I first looked at ordering on their website, up popped a note that before activating it, I would have to convert my data plan.
If the forced data upgrade does not happen on devices bought at these stores, then I feel sorry for all the TMo stores - their computers are all set to force the upgrade before they can approve the upgrade price.
Everyone will go to Costco, Radio Shack, etc.

Does the case that come with it, is it actually a nice case for it or just a generic case?

samsclub has it for 79.74. walmart has it for 49.99 after rebates. t-mobile store priced match mine at 79.74 but the cs rep wasn't too happy about it, dont know why. I told him tmobile makes $$$ from contracts not from the phones, then he went on ranting how walmart/samsclub can stay in business with these prices. I really didn't care, i just wanted my phone and get the hell out

the case is actually quite nice, i wouldn't say its generic, looks/feels sturdy for me. has many compartments inside to put things in also.

Planning on stopping by costco.

Only thing I didn't take a pic of was the car charger, its a generic charger so u guys know how that looks

Does Costco usually let you buy off contract?
I stopped by the Costco near me yesterday and was told they're not selling the myTouch 4G off contract.

Nope, they don't sell off contact but they are required to have the price there because instead of paying taxes on the discounted rate, you pay the full price taxes. I was not too happy paying 28 bucks in taxes but still was a good bundle deal @ $228 - $50 rebate $178.00

Zens Wireless Qi Charger

Like many of you, I have been looking for a wireless Qi charger while I wait for the orb to become available. I was interested in the LG charger but it continues to be driven up in price along with the Energizer charger.
Someone on these forums mentioned the Zens charger over at wpcentral and that there was a discount when you use "holiday12". The store is for windows phones (specifically the Lumia 920), but since it is Qi, it of course should work the same. I emailed Zens and asked about the Nexus 4. They responded to me in less than 4 minutes confirming it works with it perfectly. With the great customer service and quick response, I bought 2 for the house.

This charger looks very stylish and does not slant like the Energizer. Our phones are so slick and I don't like having to put something down on the charger just to make it work (or having to rip out a speaker).

I'm actually still a little hesitant to order these based on information from any CSOs. Those from nokia claim to be based on Qi but there is still quite a number of users complaining about issues with it. Would love to hear an update/review from OP one you get it though.

As far as those who are concerned whether it will work correctly or not, the store has a very good return policy and will give free return shipping within 60 days.
I do see now that it is out of stock, but it looks like it still allows you to add it to the cart. When i bought, it showed an availability date of 12/12/12, as if they were not currently in stock then.

I know it shows out of stock, but it let me go all the way to credit card payment info. I think they might be accepting orders and will ship when they do get them in stock. Might be worth it since all of these chargers are getting snatched up or price jumps. Plus you get the holiday discount code.

Thanks for this, I picked up the dual charger. I just couldn't buy the Energizer one it's just toooooooo ugly.

I got mine in aliexpress and it was a fake. The packaging must have a XIAOMI original seal. Plus, check if you can charge the battery at the same time you use it to charge a device. If you can only do one of both, it's a fake and might damage your device or catch fire. I asked for a refund.

Thanks everyone for your reviews - they coincided with my NewTrent 5000mAh battery pack expiring, so I went and bought one from geekbuying.com
I was looking to avoid cheap copies, hopefully I have done so. It's a bit more expensive than the €15 quoted in the original post, it cost me €19.50 with free postage from the States.
It'll take a while to arrive I guess - I'm not holding my breath - I'll post my findings once it arrives.

It didn't came in plastic case but instead it came in white cardboard box, which can be seen in link above.
Still didn't open it to see which batteries are inside, but it's working ok so far. Charged phone few times and charged it 2 times. So far nothing is fried And, as GFXi0N suggested above, pass-through is working in my unit.

Just received mine, it took just 9 days (free postage) to reach Spain from geekbuying.com
Original packaging, as per the photos in the first thread. It took me about 5 minutes of struggling to get inside the clear plastic case, each end has a near-invisible piece of tape, in the shape of the case end!
I'm used to a 5000mAh pack, so this is bulky and heavy in comparison, but the additional weight and bulk is mathematical, can't do anything about that. Instructions in perfect Chinese. The on button switches on, and it will switch off after a few minutes of inactivity (I can confirm this) or if the maximum voltage is reached on the phone.
It charges while being charged, so that´s a good sign.

this is really a great quick way to charge your phone. I have the smaller battery pack and it does help in case of emergency. Got mine from: www.antelife.com.The 5200mAh was only $16 with free delivery. It is an original xiaomi product as well. I think they do the 10000 mAh for about $25

No, Electrical appliances draw the current they need up, to the maximum the charger supplies. So the N4 will draw approx 1Ah, whereas eg a tablet would need more than 2A, but would draw 2A

Ordered a few days ago the Xiaomi 10.400 in blue color from Geekbuying.

Is Geekbuying reliable for US shipping?

Ok, bought one from xiaomishop a month and a half ago. Opened a PayPal dispute some days ago because it still did not arrive. I live in Spain, not in Antarctica, for God's sake..... They keep claiming the tracking page states the package left Philippines a month ago or so..... So, what? The point is I don't have it after a considerable amount of time.... Let's see how all this ends

Oh no doubt, I'll definitely get more use out if these things then I would have the headphones or Fortnite stuff.

I'm happy that I got a solid pair of bluetooth over-the-ear headphones with noise canceling... I don't like the in ear style. But the fortnite imaginary dollars definitely aren't worth it. Now if they were offering the new Galaxy Watch with the promo, I'd be all over it.

I did find a little information about this through the app but I still cannot find that page/image you posted.
In the app, when you come across the charger or earbuds, it does say say in grey fine print
"Buy a Galaxy Note 9 and get a free Duo wireless charger and your choice of a Note 9 cover. Or for an additional $99, get a pair of IconX earbuds".
If you click on the Note 9, to buy through the app and run through all the options (size, color, carrier), it will let you pick the gift.
So as far as I can tell you must purchase the Note 9 through the Samsung Shop app to make this happen, at least for now.

Samsung has to give freebies away to justify the astronomical price of this phone. So far it's worth it though imo.

Current promo being better is subjective. I have no use for duo wireless charger or some earbuds that will fall out of my wide ear canals. Which incidentally upcharge $100 more for.

Like Limey said it is a matter of preference. I am happy I am getting the headphones and I already have two wireless chargers that I never even use. I bought two phones so my wife and I are both getting a pair of headphones. With this deal, I would get two charging stations so for me, the pre-order deal was much better.

Lol, yes. I remember when I got my note 8 with the wireless charger promo on launch as well as the memory card. I tried to sell the wireless charger on Craigslist, no takers. Even at launch I'd take $50 for it, and folks would offer me $25. It's still in my drawers gathering dust.

The new wireless charger doesn't charge any faster than any other charger you may have. My wife's Note 9 works with the wireless charger I bought 3 years ago for $15. The wall wart charger is still 2A that comes with the Note 9, so the charge rate will be exactly the same. That Duo charger costs $60, is huge, and not worth that kind of money. I wouldn't want it even if it was free. The 512 phone is backordered for a month or more, so if you want this new promo deal, you will be waiting a while if you want that phone. I'll keep my wireless charger that is smaller than the Note 9, rather than one that is the size of a shoebox.

The wall charger is 2.0A for the Note 9. The same as the Wall Charger for my Note 4. The same as the charger for my Tab A tablet. Samsung has never come out with a different wall charger in device I know of. They are all the same.

The only way to claim these promo's is by buying from samsung, right? Or can I buy from bestbuy and still get the promo like with the preorder bonus?

YMMV. Some retailers have been doing their own promos.
I think the best promo would've been 512GB for 128GB price in more regions or free 512GB micro SD card. Oh well. I don't know how Samsung internalizes what markets get what. Usually South Korea gets the best extras and freebies though.

B&H had their own pre-order that was different than everyone else's, but it was only for unlocked phones. Their current offer is a Dex Pad Dock, and a Duo Charger when you buy the phone.

I believe so. It sucks and the worst part is they limit the choices even within the accessories section.

I think I have good news about it for you: try search for the desired item in a search box(google for example) and from the different sellers sites pick Samsung and open their page to view that item, sign in to your account and proceed to the cart with that item, the cart will show your available points plus you can apply your promo code in the box and buy that item(s) at final, discounted price.
It has worked for me last night when I tried to spend my $50(reservation$$) plus I had $8 reward points but on the Samsung product pages they had only a meaningless remnants-crap items I wasn't interested in buying. I didn't care that the 15W wireless charger + 25W brick and cable was "out of stock" I got the items with April 7th delivery date - but of course, today Samsung already sent me a 'corrected' date: April 14th. That's ok, at least I've got what I want and need - not what they want me to spend my $$ on.
I hope it will work for you on TV.

It has worked for me last night when I tried to spend my $50(reservation$$) plus I had $8 reward points but on the Samsung product pages they had only a meaningless remnants-crap items I wasn't interested in buying. I didn't care that the 15W wireless charger + 25W brick and cable was "out of stock" I got the items with April 7th delivery date - but of course, today Samsung already sent me a 'corrected' date: April 14th. That's ok, at least I've got what I want and need - not what they want me to spend my $$ on.

Damn, I wish I didn't use the promo for the bunch of accessories I didn't really need. I guess the wireless car charger will be OK along with the smart tag plus. But I have no idea what I'll do with the buds pro. Already have a bunch of better sounding BT headphones. Spoke with their customer service and they told me the code is only for the watches keyboards and phone accessories. Even a Samsung external SSD wasn't able to be discounted. Hope this works for others should they see it before they pull the trigger.

That charger I bought was nowhere to find in their promo offers, but I figured out that it has to be advertised elsewhere, they are in the sales business after all, Samsung webpages is a mess so I'm glad I'm done w/ them now for at least one year if they put something interesting on the market next "flagship" season of 2023 ) The time spent on "chatting" w/their cs always makes me contemplating about quitting Samsung forever yet, I come back again.

Unless the Galaxy Watch 4 with LTE is considered an accessory, I had no problem spending my $250 credit, my $13 bonus points as well as $37 extra dollars to pay for the watch.
