Viber / Whatsapp contacts disappearing?! - Ascend Mate 7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone.
I had a problem with Mate7 (MT7-L09, Lollipop) .
Now I have the same problem with Mate8 ( NXT - L09 , Lollipop, B152 ) . I wrote recently in a topic related to Mate8 , but without success. Given that a lot more people use Mate7 , and I had the same problem with it , I decided to ask here.
The following happens :
I have 1,300 contacts , which are located on the " google" .
Viber / Whatsapp contacts very often , for reasons unknown to me , just - disappear . When they disappear (in Viber, there is a message "No Contacts Yet") , of course I am unable to send Viber / Whatsapp message and also when someone sends me a message - I see only the number of the sender or nickname. Very annoying !
(I had the same problem with Huawei P8max too ( Lollipop )!)
I must add that I have not had this problem at Huawei Mate7 when I used 4.4.2 ( KitKat ) .
I used a lot of phones , and only on Huawei have this problem.

hello .. i had 2 whatsapp in my fone , one normal one and other whatsfapp which was developed by osmdroid .. but recent update disabled whatsfapp and now m not even able to get my msg database as i dont know where it is located..

Hello ,i didnt find a similar post and i write ,if there is a help ..
So ,i used this tip ,on galaxy phones and lg and more others ,but i didnt find it on mate 7.
I want to heard the name when samone call me ,or send me e sms ,i have instal tts voice on my phone ,i download programes from play store Like this

that make the work perfect ,but the only probleme is that allways ,unticet the button on settings and mast be do it all the time ,the path is
settings/Advanced settings/ACCESSIBILITY/
i have stock rom MM 560
Final i find what was the probleme ,with the update to MM ,there is an option on
''management appliance/settings/protected applications''
and we mast tick ,this one for call anoucend or call recorder and everithing we want ,if we do this works on backrund and do the job we want to do

[Completed] whatsapp stped working while sending images

I am using Redmi 3s prime . My probelm is whenever i try to* send images on whatsapp to other person ,friends or and on groups . Whatsapp stopped working and i have to close the app and restart it . I used both the ROMs* stable or developer version but mine problem didn't solved . I am using the latest version of whatsapp . Help me what should i do .*

whatsapp toolbox like similar apps ?? is there any ??

there used to b an app called whatsapp toolbox .. its main work was like it can edit whatsapp messages in a convo .. like u can edit ur n other person's messages .. although they are just in ur fone but still it does ..
that app still works but on old fones with android 2.3, 4.1 ... but it doesnt work on android 5 or 4.4 or more latest versions ...
is there any similar app ???
