aTerminator rom is the best rom ever i have used on my galaxy but I want to be updated with its numerous updates, so is there a flashable zip for every update or do I have to download the whole rom every time. How can i update the rom ??

No you cant just select what updates you want, you have to download the rom everytime and do a dirty flash

My dad's phone has a custom recovery and has a ROM of the version of KitKat before the OTA. Have ROMs been updated to support the official release yet? How do I know which ones are on the new or old drivers? Would it simply be to flash the ROM through the recovery, or do I have to go back and install the OTA, then flash a new recovery and ROM?

This Error also occurs for me, usually if you've flashed PA GAPPs or modified MIUI in anyway this error would occur
How i overcome this is i flash the MIUI Rom Again (WITHOUT WIPING ANYTHING) Once i flashed the MIUI Rom, I flash all the updates to the current Update.
Or an easier method would be just to download the Full MIUI Rom Pack
If you still have the Officla MIUI 5.9.11 Rom zip, Flash that and then Flash the 5.9.18 Update ZIP File
If you need the update files Click here for the Official Z3 MIUI Page
And click Incremental ROM Updates, And download the OTA Updates from there. Once you've done this you would have the Latest MIUI Version without losing your data as long as you don't wipe your data
I urge you to wipe your Cache/Dalvik this wont affect your user data

I had previously installed TWRP and was on android nougat ROM but I wasn't able to run Snapchat so I came back to stock ROM. Now that I am on stock ROM with the help of flashing stock ROM guide by Naeem Shaikh, I am not getting any updates to EUI 5.8 and nor can I install TWRP on this version as which I try installing the phone doesn't reboot. I tried installing the update manually but it didn't work also. Someone please help me with this issue.
