Trying to delete a folder created by an old app on my LG G4 (android 5.1 unrooted) when connected to my computer (windows), but I made an idiotic mistake and delete the entire "storage" directory. When I realized what I just did it is too late and all the data was wiped out. I have read someone had a success recovering the data using DiskDigger, but it is an app I have to install on my phone and I fear that it will cover part of my original data. Does anyone else have a successful data recovery from similar situation? I would love to know the method you use.
Thanks

Hi have unfortunately bought the Android phone Kyocera Hydro Wave. While the phone is meh in general, it has sp many bugs with the kernel and sometimes opens applications happening. I got the phone n 2015 and got another phone in the next 3 months because its that bad. Before I keep talking crap about my old phone ( because it really sucks!!!!!!) I was wondering if I could root it?
Problem is I did a little research and use certain applications and it said "root failed". Does anyone ever rooted the phone because please tell me how? Also if people have some suggestions that would help

Hello!
I need help.. My phone was running fine until my battery has run out. I charged it over night and when I woke up the LG logo was on the screen. I can't do anything (hard reset, ...) because it has non removable battery. Is there any way to hard reset it with PC software or anything else or should I just wait for my battery to get completely empty so I can hard reset it?
Thanks

So I have an LG Volt, model listed in the title, and it's been acting with very poor functionality lately, and I wanted to flash a custom rom. I had been following this guide on how to unlock the bootloader, but when you get to step three, the part about getting a key, I can't seem to find out any information on how to get one for my phone, nor how to use it. The guide says a key is only "Likely" needed for non-nexus phones. Does anyone know what the requirements needed to unlock my model's bootloader specifically? Thanks.
