How do you expect to wipe,format,install and backup roms without recovery? Search for cm12.1 from @zim555 at 4pda forums.

No... only stock roms can install from odin, all custom rom install on custom recovery like twrp or cwm.
You can find here a tutorial to root, install recovery and flash custom rom.

SMIUI is discontinued for Mi4i. As MIUI china ROM for mi4i has been suspended. The last build was in March.

No miui base need
They're actually modded miui
They include the firmware patch too

There are no any other miuii ROM to install using twrp I tried to install miui but gives error anyone cn help..

No, running official, is it possible to mod OTA zip to flash via TWRP.

Why would you want to do this? the fastboot method has a check in case you botch the ARB.. while i understand you can definitely brick your phone if you make a mistake and use the wrong zip.

Yes , and I have installed twrp and have latest miui zip but cannot flash using twrp..
In whyred device I easily flash any miui official zip using twrp..

When will xiaomi EU ROM come for voilet ..

Miui EU rom already listed. But not available for download. It may take time.

I don't know, but test it. I don't use Stock ROM(My ROM is BlackBirdOS).
I fixed "ONEUI Pie", maybe will it worked.

There is no error in flashing the file in BlackBirdS, do the process correctly. I am using BlackBirdS with this kernel and I had no problems.

Bro, maybe work. But test it in custom ROM. I suggest : BlackBirdOS V4 or refinedpie A6(my current rom).
