So,
on my z5, i've downloaded the apk editor tool and when i go to the camera settings i can modify the com.sonyericsson.android.camera.supported_values.0 and the com.sonyericsson.android.camera.supported_values.1
but i don't know what i need to modify to have a better camera processing software, so if someone can help me (and others lol)

I just saw your post and as far as I know i think u can edit a couple of em to try out whether they actually work or not. u can turn off noise reduction by "nr" values and so on

Do you have a problem in disabling the annoying camera shutter sound?
Even if you are in Vibrate mode and Silent mode, the camera still has the annoying sound~
Now, this software might help you.
This software was made by myself and its called the Android Camera Shutter Disabler (ACSD) .
It works in both NOT ROOTED and ROOTED devices!
I make it because I want to help those whose phone has not rooted or the root program of the firmware has not released.

You can disable the shutter through this program, for those who doesn't know how to disable it through the commands, this program will guide you to remove that sound! (It aims to help the new guys here, like me ^.^)
I have tested for my Sony Ericsson Xperia X8, it works~
You just need to follow the instructions in the program, and it takes only about 2 seconds to finish!
However, this is still in a beta version, I have just tested it in my X8, I don't know about others models, if it works or not
So, please help to test it, and tell me what model is suitable for it.
Lastly, I am new here, I am not a professional, so, if there is any problem about the program, please feel free to tell me about it, I will try to learn and to fix it,

I know that. I flashed my phone and have installed the blue sparks rom thats why i needed those files to reinstsll it in my x10. The reason why i want it back is because thats the only way to set hd contact pics.
Now ive been able to install mediascape and can be open and can set hd contact pic with it. The only problem is that i cant view any photos or play songs through mediascape. Any1 know why?

i'm having a problem with the latest grooveshark app which seems to have a problem with the non-standard screen size of the wildfire. (jokerdroid 4.2, rooted).
it crashes whenever i change the orientation to portrait in the now playing view. on landscape it works. as i cant seem to find an older version to reinstall and want to use the newest features, i'm searching a way to fix the app's overall screen orientation to landscape.
My first guess was to modify the AndroidManifest.xml. But i cant seem to open it in windows and i dont really know how to edit it anyway. Maybe someone can have a look at the file and tell me where to add what?
Help is really much appreciated.

While I can't help you with any actual coding or editing, the best I can suggest is to send a screenshot (or take a picture of it crashing/crashed) and if you know how, send a logcat of it crashing as well, to the developer of the app.
You may also want to try running it on your stock ROM if you are able.

i tried it on the stock rom but still no luck. other users are having the same problem, see goo.gl/kd6bD .
i already sent that logfile to the devs. but it doesnt seem much like they would change something as i still dont have an answer after 1 week. Maybe they removed support for certain resolutions...?
i cant seem to find a way to manually locate the logfiles so i cant post them here...

I have an SGS3 4G (i9305) and want to hardcode date and time, or date+time+location into an image and apparently the native phone camera doesn't support this so I am looking for an app that can do it for me.
I have tried LGCamera and Vignette neither of which supports it or I can't find it one way or the other. So if someone knows where I can either find it in one or both of those apps and get it working....
OR can direct me to another app or solution to my problem I would very much appreciate it. I have tried googling for the answer but didn't find anything really conclusive and it seems a lot of people are actually requesting it....
And yes I know the EXIF info is saved in the file, but thats not what I want. I want it hardcoded into the actual image...
But thanks in advance for the help, and heres to me hoping someone might be able to help me
