After upgrading my honor 6 to marshmallow it keep rebooting..so i try to flash stock rom but it stuck..my fastboot is locked.i try to unlocked it at huawei website.i have sn number and imei but it need product id..i also cant enable usb debbuging...plz help

The problem began after convert oem info to al10 .. after that I tried to boot device but unfortunately it is not booting .. only boot to recovery mod
I solved this issue by flash stock B331 Chinese Rom then insecure boot B331
Now the big problem is my device now without network and didn't accept any Rom and any command by fastboot always not allowed (bootloader unlock )

Note I make omeinfo mea can i restore Manually ?:crying::crying::crying:
unlock the bootloader again,he shows unlocked at but is locked.
yesterday I had the same problem,install Twrp after unlock the Bootloader and Root it.
You can manually copy the oeminfo and custom.bin with Root explorer and give Permission
Copy the UPPDATE.APP to your SD Card in dload Folder and install your UPDATE.APP

So, I'm on B513 downgraded from B571 through a TWRP backup. I want to downgrade to Lollipop because I don't have WiFi nor BT.
My plan is to downgrade to Lollipop and then upgrade to Marshmallow to see if I get wireless connectivity back. I'm going to change my MT7-L09 vendor country info to Africa/Middle East because I've researched that these regions' firmwares have WiFi and BT enabled.

I found that my bootloader might be locked, even though in FASTBOOT&RESCUE mode says that it's unlocked. I've tried to re-unlock my Mate 7, but the site where I can obtain the unlocking password is broken. Currently, I don't have any recovery installed. I've tried Flashify, Rashr, etc.; with no avail.
Can anyone help?
On which flashtool you install twrp?
And your fastboot is unlock or nor?
With twrp you wipe which partition

Recently bought Huawei Mate 7 and then rooted but never unlocked bootloader. I loaded a custom recovery CWM through apk Rashr and loaded custom firmware through apk. I then wanted to return to stock firmware but every time I try to flash through ADB I get error FAILED (remote: Command not allowed) and it does not flash. Tried to unlock via Huawei site but keep getting error and my card is not accepted for online transaction. Please help getting my bootloader unlock code this is my last option because nothing has worked. Huawei MT07-L09 details as follows

I have Huawei Mate 9 (MHA-L29) and it's stuck at 'Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted'.
I read many threads on xda and they all suggest different suggestions.

What I already tried:
Flashing TWRP via fastboot; FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
Flashing firmware via force method (UPDATE.app in dload folder on SD Card)
I wanted to relock bootloader but I can't get the code since official huawei site doesn't have request code anymore (correct me if I am wrong), DC Unlocker can't recognize phone in fastboot mode so I am unable to buy code. (Is there a way to get bootloader code?)
Did ayone else have same problem, what should I do?
The only thing I can think of is that you flash rom board and being there you can get the code with HCU, once obtained go back to where you were before
