i got question,i am going to buy goophone i6s v6 with mtk6753t octacore cpu
i saw some phones with this cpu running android 6.0 native,out of box,so i was wondering,could i somehow port some of those roms or cm13 to this goophone? 2gb ram

p.s. DONT ever buy anything from chinaestores(or estoreschina or ecartschina),they are scam!!

screen 5.3inch
2GB RAM
im looking for a 4.4 rom for it :silly:
but because its a fake phone i dont know how to pic a good ROM fo it ><"

Do please bear in mind, your device is what is collectively called MediaTek devices since that's the chipset you have. So you can also pose the question of which MediaTek based roms of other devices may be compatible.

Hello, and welcome to XDA!
If your central processor is malfunctioning, all you can really do is send it in for warranty work. Even the most stable hand cannot unsolder and re-solder a mobile processor, my opinion (all your major internals will be on the same board as the CPU, a replacement would probably be cheaper than any repair).
Also, I want to file this somewhere, but the most relevant thread is a request for recovery and ROM's.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy Trend Lite S7390 like a year ago. It wasn't very fast back then, but now is even worse!
So I came here to ask how I could imrpove performance on my phone?
I already rooted my phone, I even flashed a new ROM, it was the first I found. I already installed Greenify, without Xposed Framework (because it says my phone could get bricked...).
So yeah that's what I've done so far, now I want to know if someone knows better ways to improve the performance: Better ROM, apps, ... everything that could work on my phone.
If anyone knows something, pleas say so and add what it does, where to get it (link) and the disadvantages.
Specifications of my phone:
Samsung Galaxy Trend Lite S7390
Android KitKat 4.4.4 (because of ROM)
Modelnumber: GT-S7390
CyanogenMode 11

Hello I just bought an alcatel Idol S but i didnt know that the last update was jelly bean 4.2.2. I m sad that there is no update to kitkat. I sent a message to the company but they say they are not sure if an update to kitkat is possible fot the idol s one day. I rooted it yet but you cant do much in jelly bean that s i wanted to ask if there is a rom for the Idol S running on kitkat. I search everywhere but i cant find one. Is there a developer who specialize for this phone?
