How to install (Follow carefully):
Flash CWM recovery for CM Flare / Karbonn A9+ which can be found <here> (To enter recovery, hold volume up and power button longer until red screen appears)(Skip if already finish)
Transfer zip to Internal SD (Internal SD only)
Reboot to recovery
Wipe Data and Cache
Mounts and Storage > Format System
Install Zip from SDCARD and choose the zip file
Wipe Data and Cache (important)
Remove battery and power on (since reboot is not working in Recovery)

How To Apply
1. Install any icon pack form Google play ( eg. Belle UI )
2. Open WizIconizer

If System apps Icons not changing ... Set Secthemechooser theme to basic.

WizIconizer only works on Samsung devices with Android 4.1.2 or up and root access

DESCRIPTION
Change the mac address (which can be of any chosen interface as eth0 or wlan0 for the wifi) of your rooted device and verifies if it installed busybox and if your phone is rooted
Interface with material design user friendly
REQUIREMENTS
You must have a phone with root and better if you have installed busybox but is not required
INFORMATIONS
When the MAC address change is only temporarily.
If the first time that you try to change the MAC address it is not changed you must retry a second time or if the third doesn't work reboot your device and retry, if doesn't work then you can try another method if another time it not work the it not work on your device.
It does not work with all devices because some manufacturers do not allow the change of the MAC address for this you can't change MAC address of these devices without flash a properly kernel in your system, which permits to do this​

Has this been succeeded or does it still work on newer android versions?

I've successfully used it with the airoute method on the Oneplus 6 and Android 9 - so it seems to work on newer Android versions

Reverting back mac address gave a new address instead of restoring the original one and for some reason now it's permanent
