[Q] need help please

i have bought gfive g6 mobile yesterday everything is perfect only the problem is network mode is disable so i cant use 3g
as the screen shot jellybean is there anyway to enable the network mode?

did press data button, i think there will option for on/off

your phone or the mobile operator you use doesn't support 3G... try a 3G Sim card.. if it doesn't show then your phone doesn't have the 3G Radio built in it...

its has 3g
sir my network is 3g enabled and i think if there is no builtin radio in phone then there would be no network mode as u can see there is network mode but its disabled

only its disable might be because of jellybean 4.2.2?

It seems your phone doesn't have 3G modem

The problem is not because of 4.2.2 , your phone doesnt have 3G Radio, i have used videocon A24 it has network mode disabled as like as yours.. but it doesnt have a 3G Radio.. If you think that your phone have 3G Radio then contact the customer care...

i think its tdcdma is there anyway to change frequency from tdcdma to wcdma

Last night i messed up with phone information using PIMP MY Phone app and did something i don't know in there and after that i am not getting any service i tried rest,replacing sim but nothing works, i am new here could anyone of you please help me:crying:
Consider it as i messed up in engineering mode and did some thing with phone info and frequency bands and after that no signals from sim card.PLesae any one help

The best option I can think of is to flash a full FXZ. Visit droidrzr.com and look for help in the forums there.

Lte not working

Hi I have a samsung galaxy s6(sm-G920F) on 5.1.1 non rooted, the problem i am facing is that the lte stopped working without any reason, i didnt drop it neither i updated anything it just stopped working now i only see the E sign on the network bar, i couldn't find any answer for this so any help is appreciated

Why did you create 2 threads for the same issue?
Anyways, what data network mode did you select? It should be LTE/WCDMA/GSM Auto connect.

I cant even connect to a 3g

Hey there.i m sure these senior members will help u out on this one.i had a similar problem after updating to os 5.1.1 and using it for some time on my s6 the 4g LTE icon suddenly disappeared and never came back.I tried using 3g i could not even get the 3g icon.All i could get was the E or Edge icon when turned on the mobile data.I made sure there's nothing wrong with my network.Both of my sims are working fine with 4g and 3g on another handset.I hv been using it at the same place.Tried to search this issue on internet but with no luck.I hope u ppl.help me and this guy out.I hv tried different settings.All of my settings are same as in my other handset.No issue with the settings or the firmware.I m totally blank now what to do.Kindly help me on this one.Could not find a better place to put my question.Any technical help would be really appreciated.

Maybe you can flash your old radio from previous rom where LTE works? Did you try flashing roms before it happened?

I tried flashing the same rom 5.1.1 but no luck :/
Ite was working on the same rom as i didnt updated or did anything
Suddenly it disappeared :/

it can be only select on those devices which support 4G or as per now i think you want to use jio on ur device but jio 4G can be only use on those device which is based on 4G but still in market there are many android which is 3G but support as well as 4G even its not a proper 4G device as per reason below
A brand start to make 4G device but due to some reason like to compete others they launch the device without completing the 4G task completely and from inside its support 4G 40% so thats why some device can be used on 4G and they may not complete the 4G as that time may be 4g not available on india
Also maximum mt6582 android not support 4G on 3g smartphone

you have problem with radio.....flash with stock firmware....if problem persist your phone network ic have problem.

Can u plz help me develpor I have a problem my cellphone model droid maxx xt1080 always said unfortunately apps stopped and when I go in reset setting then just say plz wait but mobile can't restart I go in recovery mode I want to do hard reset when I click in recovery then mobile said boot up failed any solution plz help version 24.21.7 obake system x8 computing modify plz help me
