I've downloaded a general custom ROM for all mt6582 v5.1.1 and if I try to install it directly through TWRP it fails. So how can I edit it and install it into my innjoo i1s? Innjoo i1s MTK type is MT6582 same as the custom rom

It is not recommended to install other devices custom rom into any other.
You may visit here [GUIDE] [PORT] [ROM] All About Mediatek ROM Porting and read the thread thoroughly.
You may register for a XDA account to post and reply in the forum.
