I run the social art & Design project whatiseewhenilookat.com, I am looking to develop an app based around my wordpress site, but with a few key features added, i.e, push notifications, and especially the ability for a user to take a picture and submit it to my site.
I have used Adobe PhoneGap to make a web app with GitHub, but its just doesn't have the features I want.
So Key features I want are:
• Push Notifications
• Use camera to take pictures and upload to my wordpress site or emailed to me
Limitations are:
• I am not a coder
• I have very little money
Options I have explored so far are; Adobe PhoneGap, Appresser & Appery
Any advice or help you can offer is much appreciated

Hi there! We are a group of iPhone / Android developers who have developed a suite of web services to assist us and other developers in building great apps.

• High Scores - a powerful online high scores table
• PushNote - a module allowing to send immediate or delayed Push Notifications (you can build instant messengers or alarm clocks, anything with this)
• GeoPos - stores locations of Google Map objects, their statuses and 'last seen online' time
• OAuth contracter - allows you to implement transparent authentication and integration with Facebook, Twitter, Google etc
• More modules to come!
We have tried to make it as simple as possible for developers, so you just need to register at the back end and then you can add as many apps as you want and start using these services. From the client (app) side, you need to add a library to your project and put a corresponding ID there, that's it.
The service is free, it's a 'freemium' model. It has been built by developers for developers. With this 9.2 version, UC Browser provides an open add-on platform that allows users to customize the functions of their browsers. Add-ons can be added or removed as you please. The first group of individual add-ons can be seen on the panel. Four of them have been made especially to meet the needs of a large amount of users. Their features are as follow:
Facebook photo uploader: This add-on shares your photos to Facebook much more easily, and allows you to upload multiple photos at once. An added benefit to this add-on is that it can turn on the function of Facebook push notifications, so you don’t miss any message from your friends.
Save web pages as PDF: To cater to a growing need for saving high quality mobile web pages, UC Browser has created an add-on that allows you to save webpages as PDF files to better preserve their content and allow for easier file transferring. File Unzip: Helps you open RAR or ZIP files on your phone. They can be extracted with the ‘Unzip’ add-on.

The add-on platform enables a bi-direction communication between UC Browser and the Android system’s services. In this environment, data sharing is much easier, and the UC Browser API has been standardized, making it more accessible to third party developers via SDK. Programs created by developers can be used in all operating scenarios of UC Browser.
The platform was developed on the basis of feedback of users, and research on users’s favorites. For example, they did a survey to capture users’ favorite behaviors on mobile browser includes SNS and news reading, and that was the insight behind releasing the Facebook Photo Uploader and Webpage Translator. The spokesperson for UC Browser says they get much feedback everyday from Facebook, customer service systems and email. If you could use gestures in your apps: In what app you would use?
I'm working in a project about use gestures in apps (android, ios and web) with a simple-line code. So, i want implement this development in differents areas, but i need some suggestions.
My project is a software development kit to create gesture-driven apps across all platforms using an online editor and a plugin distribution system. Whether it’s a small or big app, whether it’s on iOS, Android or web, it enables developers and designers to effortlessly integrate gesture control into their applications and to create innovative user experience.
