Hey guys, I just finished modifying the SystemUI.apk of the Xperia Z5P dual.
Just flash it via recovery.
It will,
1. Hide the sim icons.
2. Change the color of the notification panel in accordance with the theme. You need to restart after applying a new theme.
I'm also providing the stock SystemUI apk.

And is it pre rooted? And if so or not. Can it be rooted? And finally what android version is it? It should be 4.4.4 right?

Same. I use rooted stock, neither flashing nor pushing the apk manually makes widget appear on widget list.
Which is a shame, because it looks exactly like what I wanted.

Sorry for not replying before. There's no tutorial to get this exact look. You have to decompile your SystemUI, change the icons, and then recompile.
You can use this tool. It's the easiest way. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2639400

Added Material icons.
Obs.: Not tested with 5.0.2
