[Completed] [Q] rom and instructions for installation

i have samsung galaxy 5 gt i 5503
i want to install kitkat on it.
give me a proper guidance and link for a proper rom and kernal and any recovery mode if needed.
i searched many threads but cant find thread with proper rom and kernal which can be suitable for my device.

[Completed] [Q] How to create ROM for a particular device?

Hello Everyone,
I am Ireen. Last few weeks I have been trying to build a custom ROM and I finally did it. But most important and confusing thing is how I flash this ROM to my device. I am not using popular device like HTC or Samsung I am using a Chinese tablet (MTK). So from this step what I have to do to flash this ROM to my device. On some tutorial they suggest to download kernel source code from HTC or Samsung website. If I manage kernel source code for this device then how I marge it with my ROM and prepare my rom perfect for flashing into my device.?
I just need some guide lines. Any tutorial or thread link will help.

[Completed] Modify firmware to create a custom one

Please someone point me in the right direction...
I have searched for software/methods of taking an existing rom/firmware for android settop boxes/phones and modifying it and zipping and signing it.
I find documents from 2012-2013 but it says the methods and/or software is no longer supported.

Unfortunately this is the only post I found on xda about your exact device ... in the *** New Device Forum Requests *** thread.
You may ask for custom development in the Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum, but I think it would be better to start porting a custom ROM to your device yourself.
