[Completed] HTC ONE M7 Bootloop Unlocked S-On Debugging off - XDA Assist

I have a HTC One M7 that won't do anything except reboot over and over. I can go into the bootloader, but it won't go into recovery. No way to turn on debugging or make it S-off that I can figure out.
I've tried every tutorial I can find. When I try to flash the most recent TWRP, it says it fails because too many links.
I need to get it functional, doesn't matter really how.
Below is the getvar from fastboot.
