The Taiwanese manufacturer today released an official teaser for the device-within-a-device, boasting its display, processor, economical benefits, and impressive battery life.
For those who may have missed the specs sprinkled throughout the promo, here's what we know so far:
Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor at 1.5GHz
4.3" Super AMOLED qHD display (the tablet features a 10.1" display, no word on resolution)
8MP rear shooter (featuring a 5-element f/2.2 lens)
Stylus/Headset accessory
Over 14,000mAh battery power between the pad, phone, and dock
Overall, the PadFone is still looking like a pretty intriguing device. Despite the fact that the video seems to have hit a speed-bump in editing (the entire sequence repeats itself sans audio), it still provides viewers with an official piece of media to confirm that the device is still coming. The release of an official promo could also mean that we're due for more information any time now. Source : AndroidPolice
At any rate, it will be interesting to see whether ASUS' unquestionably novel device can pull off the concept of a phone-powered tablet without coming off as merely a gimmick.
I just want to know a price on this. And what service providers the phone part is compatible with.

OS: Android 4.4.2
CPU: MTK6592M
Display: 5-inch, QHD
RAM: 1GB
ROM: 8GB
Camera: 5MP/8MP
Battery: 2100mAh
The phone feels very thin and light. It's edges are made from plastic but deliver a feel of metal like iPhone 5. It's battery is long and narrow, and its SIM and TF slots lives to the right of the battery rather than on the top as in most other phones. Such a design may leave better space for circuits to get through and be good for the cooling of components.
I got the chance to have just a look at the the sample, and when it is avaiable for me again. i'll make a detailed review. And there are some photos about the Neon N2Q i took my own phone.
I've had this phone in for reviewing purposes and wrote a full review here. Axgio Neon N2Q Review
It's an interesting smartphone for just $110. I actually only disliked the camera and the screen resolution could have been a bit better. Overall quite okay especially considering the price.

yep, the camera is not good. About the display resolution, yes, it's low, but meanwhile, it can be easily drived by the not-so-snappy MTK6592M, so when the N2Q runs some demanding games like real racing 3 or Asphalt 8, it handles quite gracefully.

iOcean X9: better looking version of iOcean M6752 Rock

Hi all,
Just spotted the new iOcean X9 smartphone. In terms of specifications, it's the same as the just released iOcean Rock (MT6752 chipset). It also has 3GB of RAM and a full-HD screen. It's half an inch smaller though, but that's only good if you ask me (Rock was too big in my opinion). It also has a metal body instead of plastic.
Specifications
5" inch 1080p IPS screen
1.7GHz Octa-core Mediatek MT6752 64-bit processor
3GB of RAM
16GB storage
13 megapixel camera
2,050mAh battery
4G
More information about the iOcean X9
Can be ordered trough some different resellers, full list here: http://chooseyourreseller.com/iocean-x9/

What do you mean? You can already order the smartphone so why should it be fake? Or do you mean the picture which obviously is a render

The pic i mean. I already have Mlais M9. In pics looks fake on Mlais M9.
I think Elephone P7000 better than iOcean X9, especially the price.
I just bought a few iOcean X9 in China. I can perhaps post a little review as soon as I'm home and have tried it better. It's thin and looks like a solid build quality.
