I really easy if you have locked bootloader to unbrick via pc companion first I'm gonna tell you how to unbrick any xperia devices
So if you are locked bootloader try 1 if not try 2 Or try 3 . And don't ask before searching Google.

Pc companion method
Download pc companion install it if you have no need. Download drivers of you xperia smartphone and download xperia flashmode and fastbootbmode driver after installing this connect you xperia into fastboot mode and go update and then go to repair and follow all the steps and you will have unbricked xperia

Cwm method for half dead devices stuck on boot logo .
If you gave cwm installed then it's easy if you don't have cwm installed then. no problem. download the cwm for your device in your pc then download you device drivers. And extract the cwm there will be .bat and .Sh extension files if you are running Windows run bat format if you are running ubuntu run sh format
And install cwm and you are done go to cwm from your device and flash Rom. If you got kernel problem you will say now how I will flash kernel if you have flashtool you can go to fastboot mode and install kernel then flash the Rom . Or else you can restore your Rom if you have
(3) ftf
Ftf is a firmware everyone knows that
Its simple just download the firmware of your device which you want to flash then download the drivers and after that download the flashtool. Connect the device to pc then just drag the ftf to flashtool and you are done
Anyone of these will work have a unbrick xperia smartphone :thumbup:
About 2012 xperia device does not need to flash kernel if you have in a Rom.zip no need to flash kernel via flashtool or any kernel flasher

[Q] Xperia U not starting up after rooting via cmd manually through fastboot kernel

My phone is not starting after rooting process it is continuously resarting and also bar color is changed shows 3 colors xperia U

I tried to root my phone Xperia U
i tried everything for rooting my phone all are listed below :-
1. One click Root from (oneclickroot.com)
2. Framaroot with Mobogenie
3. universal Androroot 1.6.2
4. Root by Bin4ry v11 (RunMe FR)
5. via CMD fastboot
i can't root my xperia u with above types i unloked the fastbootloader. i also install new kernel.elf file through cmd fastboot
pls help anyone with rooting and again staring up my phone or restore it like new one pls help

rooting and flashing
TO REPAIR UR PHONE :
1. FIRST OF ALL DOWNLOAD FLASHTOOL AND INSTALL IT, THEN GOTO C:>FLASHTOOL>DRIVERS and then run "flashtool drivers.exe" , and check all options.
2. DOWNLOAD XPERIA U ANDROID 2.3 OR 4.0.4 FIRMWARE FROM INTERNET AND PLACE IT IN C:>FLASHTOOL>FIRMWARES BUT BEFORE THAT REMOVE ALL THE OTHERS FILES IN THAT FOLDER.
3. OPEN FLASHTOOL AND CLICK THE FLASH BUTTON.
4. TURN OFF UR PHONE FOLLOW THE ONSCREEN COMMANDS.
5. UR PHONE SHOULD NOW BE WORKING AFTER IT IS FLASHED.
TO ROOT :
1. DOWNLOAD CYDIA IMPACTOR TOOL FROM GOOGLE.
2. RUN IMPACTOR.EXE AND CONNECT UR PHONE , THEN CLICK USB>DRIVER SCAN THEN CLICK START.
3. IF U SEE SU OR SUPERUSER IN UR PHONE THEN IT IS ROOTED OR MAYBE DOWNLOAD IT GOOGLE PLAY.
4. TO MAKE SURE UR DEVICE IS ROOTED DOWNLOAD ROOT CHECKER FROM PLAY STORE.

how can i switch on the xperia its not starting up how i can use flashtool without starting my phone ?
and pls will give me the link for flashtool for xperia U and its firmware 4.0.4 it would be grateful to u pls help me before my parent knows about this

flash the stock firmware first...
for that
You must run flash tool first.
power off phone (take out battery and insert again).
connect phone and pc with usb cable while
press and hold volume down button.
the illumination bar will become green.. and
flash tool will recognize device connected as flash
mode...
then flash the firmware....

For rooting Xperia u :
just flash the prerooted kernel using flashtool..

just extract the Zip file..
search for the kernel.elf or boot.img
(if it is kernel.elf, just rename file to kernel.img)
and flash in fast boot mode...
for fastboot mode :

the illumination bar will become blue.... and
flash tool will recognize device connected as fastboot mode...

Xperia XZ Bootloop

I unlocked my Bootloader succesfully and installed TWRP 3.0.2-0. The Problem is my Phone has a bootloop. I don't know what i did false . Can you help me?

Just flash the newest firmware and flash twrp 3.0.2-4 via adb again.

Where can i get the firmware?

You can download it via flashtool, there's a button at the end that opens a new window, select xzs and then fw that ends with .235

Problem in upgrading bootloader using Emma (Xperia Z3 D6633)

hello guys.
I'm trying to upgrade my unlocked bootloader with emma using this guide but when I connect my phone in flashmode, Emma shows this message:
Please refer to update session 862157fd-e95a-4a68-8e75-359d982e1651 if you need to contact Emma support.
What should I do?

i have the same problem. someone can help ? i cant install another TWRP, i install all recovery and i'm stuck on 3.0.2-0

You should use flashtool to flash newer twrp like 3.2
Open flashtool and click on flash sign and in appeared menu select fastboot mod. And in 3rd column use second last option. And then connect your powered off phone by usb cable pressing volume up key but make sure you downloaded twrp in .img format.
I also was puzzled when flashed multiple time 3.2 version with adb fastboot but in vain. At last flashtool worked. And now you'll be able to flash carbon rom.

Cannot flash via flashtool and newflasher

Frankly, I failed to use Newflasher 6x, my cellphone XZ PREMIUM G8141 TELSTRA AUSTRALIA 47.2.A.10.107
Initially I just wanted to install TWRP and Rooting but I failed because I after UBL continued to install TWRP then I installed Super Su, fatal until BOOTLOOP and No OS Instaled listed on TWRP, I flash using the latest FLASTOOL, it can't, even NewFlaser can't even though my cellphone can't I detected it on Flashtool as a DEVICE CONNECT IN FLASH MODE But it always can't be flashed every time, Newflasher is the same as well, about what the problem is that is going on please, my laptop Windows 10 pro thanks, Finally, I was confused and thought about how my cell phone could come back to life without Bootloop, 3 days I learned it can only flash manually via adb fastboot using ANDROID 8.1 AOSP, I installed the manual one by one from 5 main files:
flash fast boot system
flash fast boot data
flash fast boot recovery
Flash boot fast
flash fast boot kernel from Sony Developer 8.1 AOSP
Finally it is on but it can't do anything because I can't install GAPPS just like an ordinary cellphone that feels old, and I root it with MAGISK its ok.
How can I get back to Os 9.0 47.2.A.10.107 ??? With flashtool and Newflasher still failing, is there a solution ??? Please

Sorry brother i dont know why in Emma my phone is not detected, but in Newflasher, flashtool, Pc companion it was detected

Phone power off and unplugged. Hold down volume while plugging into computer and Emma should see it. Make sure you have correct drivers.

newflasher should work... make sure you downloaded firmware correctly, and then download latest newflasher and put it inside the folder of firmware. Then run newflasher, first time choose y to install drivers, then after installing, run it again and flash.

Hi Guys, somebody here maybe knows why my flashtool always shows: "Device connected in flash mode but driver is too old" ...
I use the SOMC Flash Device Driver...
What am i doing wrong ?
Please help me out
