After upgrading to Marshmallow yesterday I am not able to enable Advanced Calling or WiFi calling. The Verizon rep told me it wasn't a problem on their end and I need to use the hidden settings through the dialer. I have tried a few codes but nothing will work. Does anyone have the dialer code for this phone?
When you first try to turn on HD calling, Verizon makes a change to your account to be able to handle same. Check with customer service to see if that is purposely disabled in your Verizon account.
Do you have the advanced calling option in settings?

I have the Advance Calling feature listed in the settings, and I had it turned on with Lollipop. My phone is tied to my work account so I had my admin call Verizon about it and they said it is turned on on their end, that is must be the way Marshmallow handles it. I was told to check the hidden settings through a code entered in the dialer.
Problem solved. I just received a notification that it had been enabled.

I got D6603 model Z3 and I'm using it with Straight Talk. The issue I'm having is that I can send mms fine, however, I can't receive them. I get the message, "Message not downloaded". When I had the dual sim Z3, I never had this issue. I have been searching the internet for hours trying to find a fix for it. I have tried numerous APN settings and still I can't receive mms.
I have also tried the feature, where the phone is supposed to download the APN settings automatically. But Straight Talk does not appear in the list. Only H2O, Red Pocket and ATT shows up. I have also done several factory resets and reinstalled the firmware via the Sony Companion Program.
So do anyone else know of a fix to this issue?
Pics of my current apn settings below.

Sim setting are not in call options, they were put in the "About Phone" settings where you can go to "Status" to find and open the sim settings. Hope this helps ?

UPDATE:
Resolved. Did not write it down, but found a running service I didnt recognize and disabled it - issue is gone.
Recently, this caller id/incoming call screen began popping up. If you hit answer, it will open to Samsung stock screen and let you swipe to answer. If you reject call, it just ends. I am up to date per Sprint (Android 7.0, Samsung 8.1, 4.4.16-11982677 kernel)
I cannot find any apps or running processes that could be causing it. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
TIA
Need an update on how to fix this.
Same problem. Driving me nuts.
Can anyone identify which service has taken over my phone answering screen?
Flashlight app. Idk how or why but when I uninstalled flashlight app this stopped. It took over my lock screen too
YES!!!
Removed flashlight app - problem solved. ?
I can't send text out on the factory text app and it's showing only 3g and it's a 4g compatible phone the apn settings aren't showing the right numbers and I'm not sure what to do to try to edit them I've tried and it keeps returning to the same thing. What do I do to correct it? Att says everything looks fine on their end

I am using the Pixel 6a with a Verizon eSim and a physical AT&T sim card - both with WiFi calling turned on.
If I'm on a call using the Verizon network and an AT&T call comes in while on WiFi, I can neither answer the call or decline the call. Very strange behavior. The caller id displays a box with an X in it.
Anyone else seen this behavior? This bug has been present since using the Pixel 6a regardless of the updates I've applied.
