Remove rounded conner from icons - Huawei MediaPad X2

I am using google offical launcher on my x2, can someone please tell me how to remove rounded corner from icons? My X2 is rooted.

Load up es explorer and goto "root directory", then go to "system directory" inside of the root directory. (Make sure you have enabled root explorer in es explorer)
Open the build.prop file in the es text editor.
add this line to the buttom.
ro.config.hwtheme=2
Save the file and restart the phone and you should be straight with no backgrounds, shadows or rounded edges behind your icons. Post back if you are having problems.

[Q] Issue editing build.prop

I recently rooted my Inspire and loaded CM7.2 RC1 and I was just trying to increase my download speeds by editing the build.prop file. I'm using explorer v1.1 to get to the system folder and then editing the build.prop file using the text editor. When in explorer it says r/w and I can actually edit the file and save it but it never seems to actually save the changes even though it says it did. I tried using mount/system(rw/ro) to ensure that it was actually mounted but I am getting the same result. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
ES file explorer
Hi, I use the es file explorer, when you open it up hit "menu" scroll to bottom and make sure both root settings boxes are checked, then restart app. You should be good to go.
I recommend ROM Toolbox. It has a root file explorer and many other tools which come in handy on a rooted phone.

[Q] How to get build.prob?

Hey guys I am using FonePad7 ME373CG I want to root it but I don't know what my Build.Prob is so please help
Well since you don't have root, all system content is only readable. So using a file explorer (Es File Explorer - recommended) go to /system and scroll down. When scrolling down you will see build.prop tap it and open it, you won't be able to save or edit it. So click edit (click top right menu button) in the built in note pad, copy all of the content. Make a .txt file and paste it there. All the info should be there about the device.

[Completed] Play store error "no connections".

I've seen many android users facing PLAY STORE ERROR "NO CONNECTIONS".I've 2 solutios that might fix this problem.(Requires Root Permission.
1.Fist step you have to download ES File Explorerer or any root explorer. You can download it anywhere on Internet
Now open it and press the option button at the upper left corner. Then scroll down until you see ROOT EXPLORER and "ON" it.
Now go to the root directory. (/)
Open "etc" folder and scroll down untill you see "host".
Simply delete it.
Your problem solved.
2. In case if this method didn't works, create a new txt file named "host".When you rename it,it should look like this "host.txt".
Open it and a pop-up should appear.Choose Es note editor or own applicaton editor.
Again choose option bar at upper right corner and press edit.
write 127.0.0.1 localhost.
This method should end the problem. Thanks

[Completed] Titanium Backup can't locate TitaniumBackup_license.txt

This is the first release of TiB that has not been able to locate my TitaniumBackup_license.txt file. I am using a Nexus 6 on MRA58K (M) with SuperSU 2.52 and TiB 7.2.4. Stock with the exception of a modified stock kernel. (http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/development/kernel-stock-kernel-root-color-control-t3218958)
Here is what I did to get it working:
If you have a proper key file named "TitaniumBackup_license.txt" try this:
1. Copy TitaniumBackup_license.txt to root of your device (/) using ES File Explorer with root permissions enabled.
2. After you copy the file to the root of your phone (NOT SDCARD root!), from the root directory of your phone, hit home button while in ES File Explorer. This basically leaves ES File Explorer running and in the proper place for this trick to work.
3. Go to Chrome browser and download any random image, use save! Long press an image and do save image. Hit home button.
4. Go to notification shade and open the now downloaded image with ES File Explorer ONCE (do not set as default). This step assumes you do NOT have a default image viewer. If you DO have a default image viewer it needs to be ES File Explorer OR nothing. Ex. If Google Photos opens, then you need to clear defaults for Google Photos.
5. Once image is loaded in ES File Explorer, hit back button and it should put you at root of ES File Explorer. This is the exact same place you left ES File Explorer in step 2.
6. Navigate to /storage/emulated/legacy this directory should be strangely empty. It will not be your typical SDCARD contents. You might only see titanium backup folder that is empty or some other random folder. THIS odd empty directory is where TB looks for the key file!
7. Navigate back to / and copy TitaniumBackup_license.txt to /storage/emulated/legacy
8. Restart Titanium and it should be good to go for registered key!
9. DELETE the TitaniumBackup_license.txt file from / as it or any other random file should NOT be here in your system ROM.
