Cm 11 is better . It has theme support , rest they are alike . But I find cm faster than slimkat . The customization options are better in slimkat though .

That's good. I'll try CM. I always prefer speed over features.

What do you think is the better ROM to flash (of the KitKat ROMs).
Omni, CyanFox, SlimKat, or CM11?
Also, do any of the above feature Screen Recording thanks to KitKat's ability to do so, without needing ADB?
Vote in the poll on what you like as well, so I can get an idea even from those who don't want to reply.
EDIT: Meant to post in the General Section; can a mod please move this thread?

I looked at AvatarROM a while ago and it seems to be targeted toward people who want to theme thier device, whereas I like the stock vanilla Android look.

I mainly want a nice amount of features.
But I'm leaning towards CM11 due to the Quick Settings camera.

It comes with kernel modules (app by CCD) and kernel auditor for better choice of differents skills of performance.
Have a try, it´s my suggestion.

10.2 isn't available for P3100. 10.1.3 is however available. But, when I tried it, it didn't have expanded desktop. Anyway, I'll try CM 11.

Best ROM 7.1 Nougat for Oneplus One?

II want to move from Android 6.0.1 to Android 7.1 Nougat on my Oneplus One and before I wanted to know what ROM I recommend, since I have read that the most famous are RR Resurrection Remix, TugaPower and CM official. I am interested in the battery and the camera above all.
Resurrection is awesome...try it and see for yourself.
but best judge for any ROM is You Yourself. so try yourself .
All these developers are greatest for OPO, so all are bestest of best, so its you who has the deciding edge to run what .....

Omni7. Just pure awesomeness!!!
There's a test build in g+ but it is a solid build with great battery life, great camera and many great features!
So much looking forward for Omni7 nightlies!
I'm on CM14.1 and it's really smooth and stable so far.
I didn't test other ROMs, but this one is good.
My only complaint with Nougat is that there is no Xposed Framework yet, so I can't use Amplify and my battery is a little worse. Still decent though.
14.1 is nightly built, right?
am on 13.0, should I go for nightly built?
sorry just got this Oneplus One hands down from a friend, still new to CM. its on 13.0 SNAPSHOT but with TWRP recovery, is it normal? should I gets back to stock recovery before flashing 14.1 nightly or what should I do?
again newbie on this, afraid doing something wrong and brick the phone,
tia and more power

No, I can't. Just respecting the maintainer.
But, you can go to the Omni community in Google plus and find the download link there.
Our device is named find7op by omnirom.

Ps yes that's omni's own launcher.
I'm currently on sultan. Do I have to delete all my data, e.g. videos, photos and apps, before updating? I have currently no access to a pc for a backup.
Do any of the ROMs come without root?
I mainly need Airwatch for work stuff and that app is really particular about rooting and such!

no one can do anything about this problem bro. the phone is slow because of its low end components. I.e slow processor, low ram, etc...
there is no such thing as a perfect rom. what you can do is you can use the best rom there is to this date for this phone.
now if you really have tried all the roms there is no need for me to point out which one is the fastest for you.
All the best. :good:
Use cm11 ,in developer option make all animations to 0.5

Thank you! I found an S7580 in the trash the other day... I wanted to see if I could bring some life into it by soldering a usb cable to the battery terminals from a broken computer mouse and plug it into a charger.
Your rom is a lot faster than the Nougat rom I found here: www.cyanogenmods.org/forums/topic/lineage-os-14-1-galaxy-trend-plus-android-7-1-rom/
Spotify app would not work. To heavy for it but this rom can handle playing Spotify in my playlists.
I dunno what I will do with this phone but its a keeper. :fingers-crossed:
