sir i am unable to install the latest version of cwm recovery (6.0.4.6-cooper_fix) on my galaxy fit gt s-5670 ..
please tell me how can i install it so that i am able to install kitkat version cwm mode on my galaxy fit..

I have 3 problems regarding my Samsung galaxy s5 SM G900H . .
1)I have recently rooted with cf auto root via ODIN. . BT by default I got super su version 2.68 which it beta app. . .even play store have version2.65 as latest version. . .super su keeps on asking for binary update. .when I try to update it normally,it always gets failed. .
2)I thought if I could install cwm/twrp recovery I could install super su version 2.65 and fix the binary issue. . I got the cwm recovery and flashes it via ODIN. . .cwm was installed. .BT it shows mount issues and seems to have reading SD card issues. . I can't backup to my SD card or so. . .
this is the text which I see when open cwm recovery. . .even when I installed Phil's recovery from rashr recovery tools. . ven Phil's recovery showed same issues. .
3)I have installed flashfire in my Samsung galaxy s5. . it shows the following warning. . .
I just want to backup my current stock ROM and move to s6 ROM for my Samsung galaxy s5 SM G900H. . .if you have any working alternatives feel free to suggest. . .
please help. .

so....
1- can i install cwm or cwm touch trought rom manager? or must i install it only flashing from odin?
2- after rooting my 3100 cani update SU binary or this loose root?

Yes i read some reports of users who used it successfully to update cwm
But when i tried it it did not overwrite my old recovery
So you could try it
If no result then use Odin and if you are afraid about counter increase, use triangle away app,will reset counter to zero as if no odin used (worked fine for me)

already updated Galaxy P3100 to jellybean but now want to root d devic wid CWM update
I already updated my galaxy tab 2 GT-P3100 to jellybean update(leaked and got from XDA-developers.com ) but now I am thinking to update CWM update to this device and want to extend ROM and root the device....
I got a CWM update by Odin and many other options from the net and XDA-developers But That was old and was a CWM update for ICS 4.0.3/4 ...But I already updated it to JellyBean 4.1.1 so I think that old update will not work...
So please anyone help me to do this Update... If anybody have any information about CWM update for root the device Galaxy GT-P3100 and on 4.1.1 JellyBean OS then inform me...

I got an Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 GT-3110 .. and then updated to android version 4.1.2
but now I want to root my tab and i cannot do that. I tried with some tutorials and I did all the steps about installing CMW using Odin.. but CMW won't appear.. and then when I get to the Recovery Mode I can't install the zip file to do the root..
I would be glad and thankful if somebody can tell me how to solve this problem ..

Hello , I am new to the forum and I do not have much knowledge on android . I installed the rom in germany N8010XXUDNE4 for galaxy note gt n- 8010 . It is that the wifi was not working and I ended up installing unintentionally firmare the Brazilian ROM ( ZTO ) . the tablet stop working and now consido not install any other ROM ( neither in Germany or Brazilian ) . It is also not possible update of CWM . in either case the message and signature -foot failed. my version of CWM is not supported to disable signature verification . Ah , detail, my usb output is burned and not recognized in any PC . How can I update the CWM or install another rom from the external SD CARD ? Thanks, and sorry for my bad inglish .

im new in all of this rotting and costum ROM thing , i found a samsung gt-p7500 tab in my house and i decided to root it and install costume ROM becuse of the old android version on the tab
I download this ROM

and download TWRP throw TWRP manager app and download version 2.2.1.5 thet match to my device, should i download diffrent TWRP device version? (is it mather whice device version i download in the first place?)

hello i am new to xda and its awesome here so i have samsung grand neo i9060 but i tried to install custom recovery in it using flashify but if causes my phone to restart ok i though that i should replace to supersu but i cant due to binary update issue i watched all videos on utube but still not any thing help me to flash a custom recovery so i can go forward to kitkat rom for this device
