Root Explorer is used if you have root. I would recommend using ES File Explorer or ASTRO File Manger if you don't have root. The folders you can access without root will be limited. Hope this helps

Unrooting G3

I rooted my phone with stump root but i decided i didnt really need root access. I want to unroot to recieve OTA updates. I unrooted with SuperUser with the "full unroot" option. I installed a root checker to make sure and it said i didnt have root access. I tried to install the update but it told me that my device was suspected in rooting. I then ttried the method with ES File Explorer but i wasnt able to use root explorer and it wouldnt allow me to delete the busybox file. I dont have access to a PC, only mac, so i cant use LG PC Suite. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Did you try restarting device then check for root ? Did you delete all root files and folders ?

I rooted my Micromax Bolt q324with kingoroot pc software successfully but after a few days i cant able to get root access for some apps like when i install a new root app it asks me for permission then i tap grant but the app shows unable to gain root access. how to fix this issue i tried flashing my phone with stock ROM then again rooting it with kingoroot but again no luck i was unable to gain root access for some apps but when i check root access with root checker it says root access properly installed and i can go to terminal with root access but when i try to mount system as rw it shows ''Mount: operation not permiited" how to fix this issue!!!
And yes the phone is a spreadtrum sc7731 chipset device so the rom file is in .pac format but i figured that how to flash it.So i am willing to install a Custom ROM if you provide me the link of it.......

How to Root DNA Zero ROM?

[Help Needed] I have flashed DNA zero ROM on my galaxy j2-6 (J210F)
after installation and rebooting into rom, I checked Developer options for root access,There was no such options like root access.
Then I tried Installing SuperSU and Magisk one by one...both installed perfectly...but when I'm trying to give any app root access, then no popup appears asking to grant root access.
I checked through Root checker and it says root access is not properly installed. What to do? PLZ HELP?
