So, I had cyanogenmod 12.1 snapshot installed on my xt1543, but decided to update to the unofficial cm 13 by Alberto97. After I did it, I tried to flash a moto x 2013 bootlogo and bootanimation file (1 file for both), but it didn't work. Now the problem is that I can't change the bootlogo! The bootanimation can be changed, though. Do you guys know what I can do to flash a new bootlogo?
- Oh, sorry. I forgot to mention that I had already changed the bootlogo in cm 12.1
-This is my first post on xda, btw...

Hi everyone I'm new to the forum and also new to android. I've been a iPhone user since the iPhone 3G & decided to get myself a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910T (T-Mobile). I am currently running CM12.1 nightly ROM using TWRP recovery. I was looking around and found the CM Remix ROM & I'm itching to get my hands on it. I'm a noob when it come to android and to custom ROMs, but managed to get my phone rooted and flashed a custom ROM without turning my phone into a paperweight. So I'm trying to get a little direction and some know how to get CM Remix ROM with lollipop or maybe the new marshmallow. I really like CM12.1 nightly but I'm wanting all the extra tweaks and performance. So is it possible to flash the CM Remix ROM if I'm using CM12.1 NIGHTLY ROM currently? If so what files would I need. My build is CM-trltetmo 5.1.1 kernel version 3.10.40-gef59855 build CyanogenMod #1. I also just flashed the current version of CM12.1 nightly today (Oct. 27 2015). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,
You've asked in the correct section:
[Q&A] [ROM][ OFFICIAL ][ cmRemiX ][cm-12.0][ TRLTEtmo ] cmRemiX-Rom v6.0
so I'll close this thread.
Quick answer since you didn't get help yet.
CM Remix files can be downloaded here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-tmobile/development/rom-cmremix-rom-v2-5-12-23-14-t2981479
Before flashing a new rom you have to do a full wipe from your recovery: wipe data / cache / dalvik cache
Hi.
Running RR 6.0.1 at the moment. No doubt battery bug on CM 13.
Want to move back to 5.1.
Question: do I need to flash CM nightly 12.1 prior to clean flashing new Lollipop rom?
Thank you!!!
I would flash the last 12.1 snapshot build first just to make sure you have the best firmware.
Since CyanogenMod's website and download servers have been taken down and the official snapshot for our device (hosted here) is CM12.1 I've mirrored the last two nighlies I downloaded to my m7:
cm-13.0-20161211-NIGHTLY-m7 and cm-13.0-20161219-NIGHTLY-m7
Link: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/jp665vui3343d/m7
Prepend tested means I've flashed that file and has work fine for me. I'll upload also for Moto E 2015 and Nexus 7 2013 (surnia and flo).
Mods please if I'm doing wrong with this post let me know and I'll do what you decide. @Magnum_Enforcer @Sloth @Stephen @SynisterWolf
CM is dead. Long live Lineage!
Hopefully these builds are stable enough for most users.
i flashed cm 14.1 official stable rom without volte on my moto g 2015 and i didnt flashed gapps with it. Now tell me what gapps i should download from open gapps. i mean ARM or ARM64.. should i choose 7.1 since i installed cm 14.1 or should i go for 6.0 (even tho i flashed cm 14.1) and stock gapps should be fine right ?
First, that's not your forum. Next time, go ask into the Moto G 2015 forum.
To download the correct version of Open Gapps, you need to know if your device is 64-bit (if so, download ARM64) or not (ARM). Then check the Android version of the ROM you're installing. In this case, CM 14.1 is based on 7.1 , so download the proper 7.1 package.
You need to choose arm>7.1>stock(recommend)

This is the "Moto G 2015 forum"
Can someone please upload cyanogenmod 13.0-20161031 or 13.0-20161114-NIGHTLY zip file? Official website doesn't have old files other than snapshot but it isn't working well, too many issues.
This request is for Moto G3 2015 Ospery Cyanogenmod nightly. Forgot to mention that
Go to your phones forum. This one is for 1st Gen.
