Hey! I've recently been trying to fix an old HTC Wildfire S that got stuck in boot loop I wiped its data. The phone's been soft bricked and can access hboot. The only problem I'm having is that I've never connected it into my computer, and so it will not recognize the phone. I installed HTC sync (old version) and have the stock ROM already.
How can I get my computer to recognize the phone, or are there any other ways to fix this softbricked HTC Wildfire S?

Guys i rooted my phone, everything was working fine till i soft booted my phone and the htc logo freeze and i am not able to go recovery mode. I have searched and searched but i see no thread of it, and mostly some of the sites say that it is hardbricked and there is no way out of it..Please someone help me out.
I can also tell how it happened precisiely. I rooted my phone like a week ago. And was searching the various advantages of it. Downloaded the xposed installer and then starting downloading various modules ,Everything was awesome ,till i installed this last module Whatsappx. It said download Sqlite3 for the app to work.Downloaded it from the play store and opened the app(Sqlite3) and installed it on the phone.Then did the soft reboot and phone freeze like hell. Ever since Htc logo is coming and my phone is not doing anything(not even going in the recovery mode)
Please someone help.

i recently rooted my phone and i tried to install the hardman kardon edition on my HTC ONE M8, i followed the steps on this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2737498 i successfully installed it and used the S-ON package. i rebooted the device and it's stuck on a blank screen and nothing happens. just a black screen with the backlight on. is my phone Bricked? please help :'(

so i was transferring some data from my My htc butterfly x920d to my pc and the device suddenly bricked and gave me the encryption unsuccessful message , i tried rebooting several times but it dosent help , i didnt know what to do so i tried to root my phone (so i can flash a ROM ) and i failed , i unlocked the bootloader but i couldnt flash the recovery and install the supersu , now im stuck because my pc cannot detect my phone and i dont know what to do about it and how to change the debugging settings (which i think its the reason my pc wont detect the phone) since i get blocked by the encryption unsuccessful message , i tried flashing the stock ROM but i couldnt because my bootloader is unlocked and i have no idea how to relock it ...... plz help :crying::crying:

Due to removal of some system files the phone shows "sorry Google not working......sorry browser not working.....nd so on" even after factory resetting. Android. Os is 2.3.3 gingerbread. The mobile is not connecting to pc using usb cord due to its port problem. No clockwork recovery is installed its just rooted and bricked (phone repairer is unable to connect the phone to pc). Please suggest any solution.

I rooted my friends htc desire 816g dual sim and got him cwm.
i flashed it with a programm on the pc (can't quite remember the name) after that it said ''boot in recovery mode?''
i pressed yes and it went into a bootloop,i was like ok fixable just go into fastboot and flash new rom right?
no it cannot go into bootloop or recovery and when it is connected to pc during this whole bootloop it shows me the cell phone with some drivers i installed with a yellow exclamation mark under it,also it doesn't stay connected for more than 3-5 seconds
