I have a HTC Desire 820. After factory reset , android 4.4.4 boot on and it says Unfortunately , Setup Wizard has stopped. I tried to make a factory reset again and again , i tried to install a custom recovery, i messed up all my phone(i bricked it ). I finaly managed to make it work , and again , it's say "Unfortunately , Setup Wizard has stopped.". All i can do is to enter Kid Mode , after i can see the apps, there i can use google, but i can't enter settings or anything else. I removed the SD card and sim , i booted in Safe mod and still, don't work.

tHE PHONE IS VIBRATING. i CAN ENTER IN RECOVERY MODE.. Guys i rooted my phone, everything was working fine till i soft booted my phone and the htc logo freeze and i am not able to go recovery mode. I have searched and searched but i see no thread of it, and mostly some of the sites say that it is hardbricked and there is no way out of it..Please someone help me out.
I can also tell how it happened precisiely. I rooted my phone like a week ago. And was searching the various advantages of it. Downloaded the xposed installer and then starting downloading various modules ,Everything was awesome ,till i installed this last module Whatsappx. It said download Sqlite3 for the app to work.Downloaded it from the play store and opened the app(Sqlite3) and installed it on the phone.Then did the soft reboot and phone freeze like hell. Ever since Htc logo is coming and my phone is not doing anything(not even going in the recovery mode)
Please someone help.

when i am working to go back sence is to flash the stock recovery then do a factory reset then i stuck with the android system recovery and every time i tried to reboot it .. it git back to android system recovery ... and i get attention to something that there is a phrase ( no CW package ) what does that mean??? .... and what i have to do ??? ... ANYONE CAN HELP PLEAAASE

For HTC, I am used to returning to stock using fastboot, not recovery. My, how things have changed.

Hi guys
I have Htc desire 826 16gb dual.
I made a factory reset inside of setting.
But when the "android is upgrading" completed and I completed the first boot of my phone...I don't have anything in my screen except the notification bar and when I restart my phone...It freezes in the logo of htc.
I wiped factory setting and cache but still nothing.
I searched the net but I couldn't find anything to reinstall the stock rom.
I will looking forward if anyone can help me.

so i was transferring some data from my My htc butterfly x920d to my pc and the device suddenly bricked and gave me the encryption unsuccessful message , i tried rebooting several times but it dosent help , i didnt know what to do so i tried to root my phone (so i can flash a ROM ) and i failed , i unlocked the bootloader but i couldnt flash the recovery and install the supersu , now im stuck because my pc cannot detect my phone and i dont know what to do about it and how to change the debugging settings (which i think its the reason my pc wont detect the phone) since i get blocked by the encryption unsuccessful message , i tried flashing the stock ROM but i couldnt because my bootloader is unlocked and i have no idea how to relock it ...... plz help :crying::crying:
