try this at least for IMEI http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/general/steps-how-to-rec
edit: i didn't read mobile network works!!
backup your modemst (in case of anything)
return to 100% stock!! via fastboot or something
and let see if the phone shows IMEI
maybe you can backup yout current rom via recovery (put in your PC couse 100% stock will erase)

I have returned to stock like 10 times already
still IMEI is 0
How can the mobile network work if the IMEI is 0? only baseband effect the mobile network?

Data Problems Root

I am currently rooted on G900pvpu1boa6 and i'll post a screen showing kernal and additional info. I've been experiencing problems with data not connecting only shows lte for about 2min after swapping to and from airplane mode and then greys out until I repeat. I rooted the phone for the mobile hotspot and to remove bloat. I went to sprint and they say since my phone isn't running the latest software that could be causing my connection problems. I did not think root had anything to do with phone service, but they said there is nothing they can do even if I update and come back unrooted as they updated the profile and prl and it is still the same. Is there anything I can check into? Is it worth updating to the current software and rooting again?

OG PIXEL , no service, cant turn radio on , Ideas for repair?

I bought a used Pixel a month ago, everything was fine and the phone went exceptionally well. , i tried a factory reset from phone and recovery and it didn't work , tried to flash a factory images didn't work either, the phone runs stock android without root or something , my old nexus 5x had exactly the same problem that is why I changed it with this phone. Ps. Mobile radio power won't stay on , I turn it on but when i enter again it's off, also connect and reconnect antennas(4 points).

The guy you bought it from may of forgot to connect the antenna bands. There is red and blue one I think. You will need to dismantle the phone and connect them.

HTC U11 IMEI & Baseband lost on HTC U11 KDDI

Hello guys,
The story is at that time, I was using the phone normally and then somehow the celluar and the wifi disconnected. After several times try to reboot the device, I checked System Info and then realize that the IMEI was blank, the MAC address set to 02:00:00:00:00:00 and Baseband is Unknown
So are there any way to fix the issue with lock bootloader on the U11 KDDI version? Because the phone was factory locked and I can't connect to the Internet to enable OEM unlock and flash the device...

Ulefone note 9p on att can't send text and stuck on 3g network

I can't send text out on the factory text app and it's showing only 3g and it's a 4g compatible phone the apn settings aren't showing the right numbers and I'm not sure what to do to try to edit them I've tried and it keeps returning to the same thing. What do I do to correct it? Att says everything looks fine on their end

Not Registered On Network and No internet from Mobile data (S10E)

S10E(SM-G970U) I got it second hand from the Singapore market ( I Live in Indonesia)
at first, the sim working perfectly fine I can call and use internet form mobile data. Suddenly I got an error pop up Not registered on network when I want to call.
I already tried Reset Network, Try to select network operator manually, Clean the Sim card. still got the error
But if I tried the Sim card on another Smartphone it's working fine. Do you think it's a firmware problem or a hardware problem?

Your firmware is old and may not be right for your location. So you could try using Odin to update it with firmware from a site such as sammobile.com. If that fails to resolve your issue, then some hardware problems can be temporarily cured by placing your phone in a refridgerator for about 10 or 12 minutes.
