Better than nothing until the good ones come onto the market and get some reviews.
I spent £1 on my tempered glass protector from eBay just so it's on the phone on day 1, then I've got time to see what's going on.
no mate after 12 months there is still no single one good for s6 edge so dont think there will be one for s7 edge wich its more round

How about no glass screen protectors, go with a book style case or wallet style. they will protect you screen the best. I know Story Leather makes some that you can customize so that limits the stress of finding one good for you.

I have this case in black currently and its awesome, especially because it takes advantage of the magnet to automatically shut your screen off when closing the flap and opening it when opening flap instead of having to press power button all the time

Unfortunately, it's not a wallet case, but it still has the flip
I'm still unsure of wallet cases since I keep hearing stories of credit cards scratching the screen and/or the card getting demagnetized
Just got an email from Slickwraps announcing their skin lineup for the Note 4. I like to keep my phones in a case, but I've had a good experience with them in the past with my M8. Anyone thinking about picking one up? If you don't mind placing one on the front, it looks like a good option to cover the curved sides of the glass.

They are awesome. This was my m8 with one of my favorite designs. They don't really touch the screen and typically if they are full screen you have the ability to get a screen protector that only covers screen.
Slickwraps is the ish. I just ordered the white leather finish. We'll see how that goes. Really curious to see how it feels in the hand.

Man, this case looks so exquisite, but a little expensive. This Litchi pattern leather case costs just $4.99 You like it?
I really recommend this case from 'aixuan'. Got it from aliexpress.com
It fits snug and feels nice in the hand, given extra grip. Had one very similar from imak for my mi note and was great too.
It doesn't add much extra bulk and is solid. Got it in 10 days.

Mine was in a Best Buy Platinum hard case, with a Zagg Glass screen protector, and only fell from my lap to the floor under my office desk.

And, the crack spread to the selfie camera and now distorts pictures when using it.
So, I'm trying to learn what improvements are being offered on the S9 that will make is less prone to cracking than the S8, if any.
(I know the unveil is in 2 days, but I believe all the specs have already leaked)
Bottom line, I need to decide whether to buy a new unlocked S9, keep a S8, or try to find a deal on a leftover S7.

I dropped my phone from 3-4 without any case from Pocket height on hard surface. One time even on concrete road also. but nothing happened.. nothing means literally nothing..
and I guess S9 will have same protection as S8.. hope so if it has something better.

The S8 is ridiculously fragile and shatters from low impact events.
It's a fact that's not up for debate..
So, any info on the construction of the new S9 ????

Hi all,
did anyone find a full-cover / 3D protector that doesn't cut away some pixels at the edge of the display? Seems all of the full cover screen protectors have this issue. I wish there was an alternative. I'm using the official case so I don't mind if the screen protector is a bit rough at the edge since it will blend over to the edge of the case anyway. But loosing a few pixels on every side of the display is a big no for me.

I bought the K20 pro protector and it covers too much. You actually loose a couple of pixels on each side of the display. Seems like the Mi Mix 3 protector has narrower bezels??
I have the same query as the poster above. Has anyone in India found a full screen covering tempered glass, which doesn't cut out the display in any way?
Bought the Flipkart smartbuy protector during launch, but it sucks. As it cuts way too much of display.

Oh man this one looks good. Too bad they don't ship outside of India according to their website. Can't find them on aliexpress either!
