I have LG G4 (Verizon vs986) Android 5.1 and its rooted.
Still I am not able to access Tethering options. Get error msg "Go to Verizon or call Verizon Helpdesk".
What to do for accessing Tethering options ?
Should I use custom OS for android Marsmellow. What will be the procedure.

Sounds like the MMS APN is still messed up. Can check it under settings, More mobile networks, Access point names (path can vary by device). Then compare to what AT&T lists on their website.

I have purchased a verizon LG g2 unlocked and upgraded it to lollipop recently via assistance from an XDA thread. After upgrading, it turns out i can't activate or find a workaround to use advanced calling which includes 4g and 3g HSPA+ connection. Is there any custom ROM or any workaround that unlocks the ADVANCED CALLING feature? Any help would be much appreciated.

OOPS! That darn 13B OTA has struck me down. I had a root on 11A and now I don't anymore.
QUESTION...
Do I have to run the KDZ 11A to get it to back to stock? Or do I have to run the 13B KDZ? Or both?
Can the Verizon version of the LG G4 VS98613B be downgraded to 11A?

I have a LG stylo boost mobile that is stuck in the Google verification. I have a flash drive and another smartphone but no computer. I'm willing to pay 50 bucks for help. I want to use this phone. I've already tried all the videos on YouTube and nothing works. I can't make an emergency call or the talkback settings shortcut or the interruption of Wi-Fi. I need help and I'll pay. please help

By the sounds of it, you may need to swap your phone due to an IMEI issue. Details in:

I have down loaded the OTA 6.0 via AT&T and would like to root it for the new cygenmod 6.0.1. I have tried purple-drake-lite towelroot 3.0 and kingroot. has anyone been able to get tie new 6.0.1 onto the LG G3 D850?
