I tried rooting this phone through recovery mode for a different model in the same series. I copied the recovery file over, but when I tried to restart to get into the recovery and begin the process, the phone started a boot loop and now I cannot get out of it. Pressing Volume keys in combination with the power key does absolutely nothing. The first time around I got into recovery from ADB, using a command there. In short, the phone is new and regardless of my recovery attempts, pressing Volume Down + Power did nothing, it just starts the phone normally. I need to get into recovery or any other mode from where I can start to fix it or reset it.
Thank you.

Okay so I have a bit of a situation and looking for some helpful advice, I'm not a complete novice but I seem to have gotten myself VERY stuck.
The Specifications:
Samsung Note 3 (rooted)
TWRP
Safe Strap
Rebooted recently and was in TWRP and accidentally chose "Recovery", phone now continuously Reboots into Recovery Mode in the upper left of the screen. I've tried to do the Volume Up + Power + Home button to no avail and every other combination I can think of, resulting in The same .. Reboot Recovery Option in the top left after about 10 seconds it Vibrates twice and reboots again.
I can't access TWRP, can't access Stock Recovery, Can't plug it into a PC as it just reboots over and over again after it gets power. Read a few things about Fastboot (Don't know if Note 3 Supports that, and Maybe Odin but I can't see how I'm to flash anything if it just immediatly reboots as soon as I plug it in)
HELP!

Hi, I have a S7562L and tried flashing cm-11-20150323-UNOFFICIAL-kylessopen-RC3.zip from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/s7562/development/cm11-samsung-galaxy-s-duos-kitkat-4-4-4-t3024762
I have successfully booted up in download and recovery modes, and have also flashed TWRP recovery. Due to bluethooth not operating correctly I deceided to flash back to a stock ROM using ODIN. But now it stays in a bootloop with the glowing "SAMSUNG". I have tried several stock firmwares but same result. I want to try to erase the cache but I can no loger boot into recovery.
Any suggestions on what to try next?
Z
First you should not post this in Android Development forum, Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum is there for this query
Go to downloading mode, then flash stock rom
When whole process is completed and samsung logo is displayed on the screen, take out the battery and place it in again
go to recovery by pressing volume up, down, home and power button and leave it after phone vibrates and shows device model name
factory reset the device from there
This may work for you

Sorry about that I didn't know. (Moderator edit... moved to Q&A)
Anyway I found a way to get in. Instead of pressing the recovery keys from power off, this time when it was in the boot loop I pressed and held the power button and just as it was powering down when the screen went blank, I quickly pressed and held (all four) recovery keys, and that got me in. From there I could the factory reset and wipe the data and caches and all is back to normal now.

So I inherited this 29$ tablet, and hard bricked it.
Last two commands typed:
fastboot oem unlock
fastboot reboot
The tablet does not turn on.
No combination of volume keys and power button cause the screen to even turn on.
There is no JTAG port on the pcb, I checked.
I have pressed the reset button, no effect.
Any suggestions, or does anyone know HOW this bricked it?

please moderators..I have a tecno h5 that automatically boots into boot mode displaying boot selector options like fastboot, recovery, power down. but none of the options seems to work as the keys are unresponsive even after pressing the corresponding volume down button for each option. I've tried flashing with sp flash tool several times and after each successful flash, there ain't seem to be any slightest impact on these phones. when i format the whole bootloader option in format section, the phone doesn't power on and after re-flashing with a different bootloader gotten from a different h5, the issue keys reiterating. I'm kinda fed up now! any help please?...

OK, I recently my bricked Allwinner A11. (don't ask how, I'd rather not get into that.) It will turn on just fine, but when It gets the green android logo, it shuts down, and loads back up into recovery mode. What's more, Even though it says to change the highlight with the volume up/down buttons, nothing happens. This forces me to select the "Reboot now" option, which starts the entire process from the beginning again. Can someone please help, I'm a complete noob at this sort of thing, so you will have to say exactly what I need to install, what I need to do, ect... Sorry about that...
