Hi
I'm quite stuck with my tf300t. Rooted, it ran twrp+omnirom fine for a year and suddenly the keyboard stopped working normally, I decided to reflesh and upgrade it but I probably did something wrong because now it stops on "The device is unlocked"
I think the solution is probably using the bootit.ko ( seen in the thread [GUIDE][BRICKED] [BOOTS ONLY TO RECOVERY][All ASUS TRANFORMERS]), but the problem is that when I boot recovery mode, fasboot sees the device fine but adb doesn't, I tried on Linux and Windows 10 : same thing.
Anyhelp much much appreciated!
Thanx in advance

Hi, I know there are many threads with this particular problem, I did my research and I find this kinda strange (Iam also desperate...)
Long story:
Ive been swapping between official ROM and customs like a madman and Ive always rooted using this method (downgrade, then vipermod), but this time I accidentaly tried to enter recovery at first boot and since then Iam stucked at "EEE Pad" logo with half full progress bar.
tl;dr summary:
no adb
C10 transformer, sbkv2
no recovery
on boot w/ volume down it says 8.6.6 - the one Ive downgraded to; It also says "checking for ota recovery"
sucessful APX mode connect, universal drivers
When using standard nvflash ROM the process is terminated with "write error" message and disconnects the transformer - sbk2 problem, so Ive tried EasyFlasher which utilizes Wheelie for B70+ devices and the exact same thing happens (well, console and GUI says that everything is OK, but when the nvflash is getting ready the device gets disconnected too). There are many people saying in the thread that Wheelie helped them with basically the same problem...
Now Iam downloading linux to try Wheelie manually.
Any ideas how to fix this or I can pretty much toss my transformer out of the window?
Thanks for replies.
nevermind, Iam an idiot - did not realised that I actually have TF101G so sbkv3 and no nvflash for me
so, do you know if there is any "nvlash-for-sbkv3" project in progress?
Hi,
Sorry for my English, i'm French...
I just pick a nice Asus TF300T Tablet (WiFi version) never used.
Being an Android user (HTC Desire) for a long time, I wanted to go into the root Cyanogen.
To unlock it to work, since displays "The device is unlocked" at the top left on boot, but the Recovery blocked the machine ...
Indeed, it is now blocked non-stop on the logo "ASUS". At this point, the battery is not removable, I do not know what to do ...
I tried to do the command "adb reboot recovery", but the tablet is no longer recognized on the PC (Windows).
I of course tried rebooting still pressing "Volume down" "Power," but that does not change.
HELP NEEDED ...
It's a shame, it's a beautiful machine ...
I can only make it recognize APX mode by the PC. ("Volume +").
Windows drivers so as to recognize the "Asus Transformer Prime APX Interface".
But once, as no command or control FastBoot ADB does not recognize the tablet, I do not know what to do.
- I just tried to put the firmware "WW_epaduser_10_4_2_20_UpdateLauncher.zip" Asus recovered from the site on a FAT32 formatted MicroSD: Nothing.
- I tried to rename the firmware 'EP201_768_SDUPDATE.zip "Nothing.
I tried the nvflash, but APX for TF300, this is not working ...
An idea??

or maybe my asus tf300tg already in tablets heaven ?
thanks for any help !
hopes die last !
only thing I can guess if you still have the stock Recovery is trying the reset button on the left side under the external sd slot. But this can make it worth.
What exactly to do with reset button ?

Seems that you got a same problem as many others ( hundreds ) and as me too. If you are not able to access the bootloader but still have access only in APX mode than your device is soft bricked. To recover it is necessary to access the nvflash ( which is restricted by Asus) and rewrite the bootloader. To get access from Asus is posted an open petition here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2119533 . Sign it and pray......
Sorry mate.

Need some help here. Long story short, tablet fell and broke digitizer. 6+ months later finally replaced it but new one wouldnt work. Updated touch screen driver and it works. ADB works but fastboot does not. Used factory ROM to reset device to see if it helps. It doesn't. In device manager it shows ASUS android bootloader interface with no !. Downloaded ASUS pc suite for the drivers still no go. Bootloader reads:
key drivers not found... booting OS
android cardhu-user bootloader <1.00 e> released by "US_epad-10.6.1.27.5-20130902" A03
Starting fastboot USB download protocol
When i try fastboot devices, it returns nothing. if i try any fastboot commands it hangs on waiting for device. Any help? Thanks.
i have the same problem, waiting for any suggestion/help. If you figure out the problem please let me know
Well still no luck so far. I ahave even tried downgrading to 10.4.2.20 and no dice.
hmm maybe try to reinstall USB drivers on your computer, try different USB cable / port on computer
I believe it has something to do with the drivers. I have noticed ADB only works when i have ASUS PC Sync program running in the background on the PC. If I uninstall it or close the app ADB stops working. I have tried using the naked universal drivers and the stand alone ASUS drivers that are on here and neither of them seem to work for me either in fastboot or ADB. If only i could remember how i use to do it, but i have been away from ASUS products for over a year now..
All right, so i figured out what was going on with my fastboot and it was such a simple thing. After nothing else was working that i could find online i did find one command line that made me think of something and it worked. I looked at my ADB version vis the adb version command. I was on version 1.09. I thought it was a bit out of date but should work since it worked with my tf300 before the screen broke and it sat on a self and with my tf700 before it was stolen, heck it still worked now with my HTC One M8. But i deleted my adb and fastboot folder, installed android SDK and the newest platform tools and tried it. It works!!! So in the end i just needed to update my ADB and fastboot files. I hope this helps some other people with this issue since i saw a lot of post about it and a few solutions but here is a new possible solution.
if this has been asked before, i'm sorry, i have searched all over and no one seems to have my problem.
tablet boots to twrp splash, vol down and power does not work. i cant get it into any other modes because windows 10 does not see that it is connected.
i found a guide to inturupt twrp, but windows cant see my device.
tried dual booting windows 7, still cant see device
tried linux distro, adb still says no device found.
even with drivers installed in guessing that while in twrp splash it doesn't show up that there is a device connected.
is there anything i can do? or is it curtains for the ol' transformer?
thanks in advance.
Try booting to the fastboot screen before you boot into TWRP and see if the Windows 7 system can see the tablet, also what program are you using on the PC to access/flash the tablet? - NP
power and vol up don't do anything sadly, it still goes to the twrp splash screen.
I was using ADB on 10, 7 , and on the linux distro.
Try d/ling this Minimal ADB and Fastboot: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317790 on a Windows 7 system and see if that will pick it up. - NP
still says no devices found. I think i really messed it up this time

With it hooked up try sending it the reboot command and see if it responds. - NP
fastboot reboot
or fastboot reboot-bootloader
no luck, it says waiting for devices and it just sits there. i miss this tablet.
i think the problem is still that when stuck in twrp the computer doesnt recognize that its there, so I cant get the drivers installed to be able to run any commands.
