Hello,
Did you flash the correct partition for TWRP?
If you can get into fastboot, you may follow the instructions in this thread Restore to stock firmware.

So i found some firmwares of my moto g xt1028 and tried to flash downgrade it to 4.4.2 but not successfully. After that, i tried to back to 4.4.4 and now stuck at this message:
- "failed to validate system image"
- Fastboot reason: "Fall-through from normal boot mode"
Any idea how to let me back as it is? :crying: Please help
P/s: I tried to flash 4.4.4 firmware again and many times, seem like all commands are proceeded properly but still cant boot , i wonder if 4.4.2 version do anything with it :crying:
Update1: Fixed! <-- I found there's 1 more file named "system.img_sparsechunk4" and decided to flash it ---> Fixed the device. Thanks god :highfive:
Downgrading via fastboot is very dangerous as you are also flashing the Bootloader. Is your Bootloader unlocked? I haven't followed if that's possible with XT1028.

Are you able to communicate with the device using fastboot?
Try flashing the stock images via fastboot
You won't need an unlocked bootloader for this

Try the instructions at the top of the page here https://developers.google.com/android/images
It may work without unlocking the bootloader.

whatever command i use it says OEM unlock is not allowed.
Just throwing out ideas that you may have already tried. If I understand right you cannot get into recovery which eliminates trying to sideload the stock image. Your bootloader is locked and it will not let you unlock so booting into TWRP is out of the question. Are you just wanting your phone operational again? Have you tried wiping/factory resetting with fastboot commands? i.e. fastboot erase userdata or fastboot format userdata.

both command not working .. same bootloader locked message.
error message " Please unlock the device to activate this command"
anyone else can help ?
I would contact Google customer support. Even though my phone was out of warranty and I was not the original buyer (bought in eBay), they were willing to make a one-time exception for an RMA. I didn't use it because my phone is rooted and I was afraid of being charged for any repairs. As long as your phone is stock and unrooted, you have a chance. Just say that you think you have a hardware failure and while you understand that they are in no obligation to help, you would appreciate anything they can do.

I was trying to unroot I was on 9.0.4 and had magisk 17.1 and no twrp since i updated from 9.0.3 or whatever update was before. I factory reset and had no more root, and no twrp. I still had a unlocked bootloader so I went to adb and locked it and then it rebooted and gave me the red message "your device is corrupt and will not boot." it doesnt boot at all to anything not even recovery and I am just in fastboot. I tried MSMdownloadtool but it doesnt work. I am in windows test mode and tried but it would not show up on the msmdownloadtool. It doesnt connect. Also in adb it does not show up. Help me!!!!
it says bootloader is locked now in fastboot though i cannot boot in to anything

MSM download will work.
Just download appropriate Qualcomm drivers before proceeding.
Use Volume Up while connecting to PC.
MSM should detect the device connected in any of COM ports.
Just go to this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6/how-to/tool-msmdownloadtool-v4-0-international-t3798892 and follow procedures to recover your phone just like how it is when you bought your device. Also, it will lock your bootloader.
Recently rooted my new Zenfone 7. Is it possible to remove Bootloader unlocked Warning message at the start up of the system? Thanks for an answer.
re-lock the bootloader
Boot into fastboot, then send this command from your pc.
fastboot oem asus-lock
how did you get root to work? I followed the instructions listed and it would not work for me.
I followed the instructions there: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/recovery-official-twrp-for-asus-zenfone-7-series.4161719/ in fastboot mode you should update android drivers manually through device manager to get it work otherwise you'll get " waiting on device " error and it won't flash TWRP.
Is it possible to remove Bootloader unlocked warning without re-locking device though?

Getting TWRP on and working was fine. It was when I went and tried to flash Magisk that it kept causing a bootloop.

Why? Unless you plan on overwriting TWRP, there is no benefit to having it unlocked all the time. TWRP will still work after it is re-locked. and you can unlock it again via the app anytime you need to update.
